I just bought this and delivered today I was excited to get it started and initially was impressed until touchscreen stopped working after an hour? I googled the issue to see if there is a fix but unfortunately it seems there are a lot of other users having the same issue and all recently (august 2021) I will have to send this back. I don’t recommend buying it if you want touchscreen/ tablet feature to work

Loved on initial purchase but after a week or so it froze without any just cause had to return.

Came completely wiped, couldnt load the os even though going through all the steps online and buying supplies to load it.

Price was right, size was right for my application. I bought it for those reasons and most importantly the touch screen. I do not know if I got a bad one but the one I got does not have touch screen. I noticed it while setting it up but thought it would be available in application. Nope. No touch screen. ?

It comes with a browser. Nothing else. Nothing else can be installed. Play store is the option to install apps but the option to enable it doesnt exist. Called Lenovo. The said to power wash it. That option doesnt exist. They hung up on me. I led an IT organization for much of my year career so its not the user. Its the awful product.

I contacted Lenovo and Amazon to fix the touch screen but no use. Its so much stressful work. Waiting to fix and contact and another waiting to replacement.

The first one I ordered had a defective touchscreen and I sent it back. The replacement worked for three days and the screen stopped functioning. Dont waste your money on this Lenovo Chromebook.

He loves it, he asked for it because they use these at school and he thought it was easy to use. It is a different brand from his at school but he loves it anyway. I would get this one again.

A lot of people are complaining about the touch screen- I can understand why, as my touch screen stopped working for about a month October. But it began working just fine again some time in December. Aside from that, this laptop is nifty and Ive made great use of it for college so far. Ive had 10+ tabs open on it and it didnt stutter, and it doesnt heat up that much (or even drain that fast). I havent put it through a crap ton of stress, so I am not sure how much it could handle considering its specs, but its worked good for me so far. The screen quality is good for office/schoolwork, but dont expect anything spectacular out of it. It isnt a gaming laptop. Since Im not using it for anything graphical, I dont see an issue. It switches from laptop to touchscreen/tablet mode smoothly and without stuttering. Hopefully I continue to have good experiences with it, since it hasnt let me down so far.
