Replaced an old barely functioning tablet and love my new chromebook.

This was a great purchase. I had no issues with it and it still works almost a year later even though i have dropped it several times.

The performance, quality and design - all much better than I expected for this price. It is my first chromebook, so trying to adapt to the new ecosystem. Apart from the OS, no complaints at all.

The first one I ordered had a defective touchscreen and I sent it back. The replacement worked for three days and the screen stopped functioning. Dont waste your money on this Lenovo Chromebook.

I use it to pay my bills only. I got everything I need to pay there. That way my payments are always on time.

When I leave the device idle it will not allow me to login (login cannot be verified) and I need to restart it BUT it will go to a white screen and stay there and not restart.

This was a Christmas gift for my son and he absolutely loves it- hasn’t put it down since opening the gift. He loves how the screen folds back which makes it easy for him to watch videos. He also loves the touch screen feature. This was a great purchase!

I personally love the laptop, Im super disappointed though. I used the touch screen twice and then it never worked again. Everything has been tried, all the recommendations, and I have seen numerous others who have experienced the same problem. Its a small, sleek, portable laptop, feels and looks nice, Im typing on it now, but definitely returning it. Super lame.

The touch screen stopped working after one day.

This had obvious manufacturers defect! AND NOT SOLD AS ONE!!!
