> 3 dayIts a great devise for online doctors meetings. Other then that it does everything needed, its just dependent on Google and everything you do is tracked by Goggle. Not only that, only one user can register, all others using it must either operate under your account or be registered as children. Had I known this, I would have chosen a regular note book computer. Then again Microsoft windows is worse as Microsoft rewrites your computer behind your back weekly.

> 3 dayDont think laptop when you see this Chromebook, it isnt one, but then that might be okay. What you are getting with this Lenovo is a small (I have old netbooks that are almost as big), and runs a version of Chrome OS (note I tried to get it to run some of the Linux emulators and failed, so dont get you hopes up that you can make this one stretch to be more of a laptop).

> 3 dayThis happened when I purchased this device the first time. I returned it and received a replacement. The replacement does that exact same thing. Touchscreen stopped working, it’s not responding.

> 3 dayThe touch screen immediately stops working once the Chrome OS is updated which it does automatically out of the box. So as soon as you perform a restart the touch screen stops functioning. You can power wash and revert the OS but within a day it will auto update again. I contacted Lenovo support and was advised by the rep John that the touch screen is not compatible with the update and I should return the product. Well thanks John, thats pretty obvious maybe you should come up with a solution. Honestly this seemed like a great budget Chromebook if the touch screen worked but since that was the sole reason I purchased this product I had to return it.
