First laptop showed up defective, they immediately replaced it. Unit works well and does everything that I need to do. Very lightweight, battery life is acceptable, and like that I can switch from mouse to touch screen.

If i still had the box i would return it yesterday. Will not let you down load some programs. Will not work with my hp printer. The hdmi doesnt work with movie streams it does work with you tube. B F D

Looks really nice good packaging. My son is on it all the time the battery last and also charges fast.

I have gotten to actually like this chromebook from Lenovo, It surprised me because Ive never been a big fan of Chrome OS laptops. Chrome OS is an operating system for laptops that relies heavily on Googles Chrome web browser. It also shares a lot in common with Android phones- it has the Google Play Store installed and and it can run basically any android app (there are a few that you cannot download for some reason). Using the website is usually a better experience than downloading the mobile app, but you still have the option for specific cases where you need X app for a specific reason.

For the price its great but the thing is its really slow some times its frustrating that I cant even take notes. Maybe its google chrome itself the problem. Also when taking notes sometimes the line cuts up.

Customer service was impossible to reach, I couldnt register the computer due to some sort of glitch about the invoice date. I love the Chromebook but hate the lack of customer service.

The touch screen is really good you dont have to touch for a while for this work, and the battery can last a while day

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He loves the folding keyboard, the touch screen and how fast it is. I plan to buy a second one for my other son.

Needed something to replace my Kindle. This works great
