Lenovo Chromebook Flex 3 11 Laptop, 11.6-Inch HD IPS Display, MediaTek MT8173C, 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage, Chrome OS, Blizzard White

Tried using both wired and wireless connections to no avail. Hours and hours of tech support with both Lenovo, my internet provider, and my Orbi router tech support all concluded the same thing: utter trash

This lightweight Chromebook was exactly what I was looking for! Great product. Long battery life. Great price. Excellent customer service. They responded to my question almost immediately which was amazing! Super fast shipping. Came sooner than I thought it would too. Everything exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend product & this seller. Wayyyy better than the previous seller I used. I used this Chromebook for my trip to Ireland, and it was absolutely perfect!

Touch screen just stopped working the second day I had it. Had to return it. Oh and I had to pay for shipping to return it. Wont be buying anything from this seller again.

This is an amazing Laptop for a great price. I bought this on Woot for $150 (including tax). It is fast and will do everything you need a laptop to do. I am running Microsoft apps on it (Outlook, OneNote, Onedrive etc.). I also have Netflix and Hulu on it. All work very well.

I got this for my school age child. He had to have MS Office Suite, MS Teams, online learning portals, a web cam, good internet….you get the idea. This didn’t hesitate on any apps, downloads, etc. It’s very easy for him to use. My mom (she’s 78) got one for herself too.

I ordered it and when it came in the touchscreen works for 10 minutes and as soon as an update finished it stopped working sent it back got a second one worked for a few days then it updated touchscreen stopped working. Worst purchase I’ve ever made.

1. Device was purchased new but the warranty was activated 6 months prior (obvious renewed)

I bought the product and the wifi stopped working. The mouse path is poor quality, but I endured it.
