This is a nice little machine and well built. However, if downloading apps from Google Play is important to you, please note that this Chromebook is NOT supported - you get a nice little Try Again message when you try to connect. Hopefully, they will include this in future updates, but as of today, its not. Id give this a full 5 stars except for this issue.

Took forever to get it

With a good internet connection things seems to work out very fast as it relates to its speed. It has it limits to apps you can download and uses. There was some issue playing videos and using Instagram where videos are concerned. Still pretty new in hand so might update review as my experience gets longer. Connection with phone not so bad thus far. Camera quality is poor. Using for personal and educational purposes for now. It has a good battery life.

I still haven’t figured out all that it capable of but my ten year old grandson is going to show me! Lol!

very good value. touch screen works great, which is just what I needed going from basically the same Chrromebook w/o a touch screen. color is a little off what should be traditional green turns in to a light olive drab. but that is not a big deal to me. it works just fine for my needs

Chrome book is excellent, totally what I expected and more.

I was so disappointed. I was so excited to receive this. It looks great but the screen would not come on. Defective item.

The touch screen stopped working on the first one I got it replaced... this one was working perfectly fine except for the fact that it wouldnt connect to any wifi or hotspot... I thought I should probably restart it so I restart it and when it turns back on MY TOUCH SCREEN IS NO LONGER WORKING!!!!! And then I remembered last time my chromebook powered off and in the morning it wasnt working... I want a refund!!!!

Just now started working with laptop and touchscreen all read seems catchy, does not work all the time on first touch. I read this is how it start, hopping it’s ok for awhile.
