The Chromebook was great for a while. We got it in December of 2021 it is now August of 2022 and last night while my daughter was playing on it it started to over heat so bad that the screen started to melt I would not recommend or suggest anyone buys this.

After asking several times if it shipped with a MICRO SD port I was told yes.

I bought this Chromebook to supplement my laptop. I was replacing a SurfacePro 3, which I loved. It has been a big adjustment from the two computers I am currently using. I especially wanted a touch screen and should not have assumed this model has one. Because I use this computer on my lap, this has been a big disappointment. And it seems I have to click through several screens to get where I want to be. Overall, for $200, I will learn to deal with it, but not happy with the Chromebook at this time. I will see how I feel 6 months from now.

College student purchase to assist with course load requirements

It wasn’t as great as expected. Not good for drawing tablet which is what it was going to be used for. Now just used for gaming and social media

It does what I wanted (which is to be used for ABC mouse for my kids), but it is slow in response. The jack for the headphones is already broken and it has been only a month with fairly light use. I feel frustrated but I guess I shouldnt have expected too much.

Computer screen is very hard to see,it strans my eyes,and there doesnt seem to have any way to turn up the brightness .computer seems to work.

I was so disappointed. I was so excited to receive this. It looks great but the screen would not come on. Defective item.
