Lixit Critter Space Pod, Perfect for Small Animals (Small)

I have a small Rattier and my ratties love these pods. Normally I make or craft all of there accessories, but this I would say is a must for any pocket pet enthusiast, you can even separate the two pieces and have to pods. My ratties prefer theirs hung up instead of standing, which both parts just twist right into the cage wires This is my third one. I would say it tops even for a house. Plus they dont seem to chew on it either, which is always a plus. Washes and wipes clean. Love it!

... its so tiny! It can comfortably fit one, maybe 2 uncomfortably, full-grown Rats.

We are new rat owners and wanted to try this out. Our 5 girls LOVE this and all sleep in there together every night. Were ordering 2 more. The only thing I wish is that the little plastic clips that hold it up when hanging were a bit smaller. We are limited to where it can hang in our Martin cage as the level grates are smaller than the top and sides (were finding this with a lot of items).

My 2 boys love it. Has a lot of room to spare and they are very comfy. My only issue is that the top doesnt actually fully hook onto my cage, so I wish the hook system was a little better. But I havent had any issues with it falling down or anything.

It was recommended in a rat group I follow. Excellent purchase! We scatter some torn paper towel around and the rats pull them in to make a nest in the ball. When they were new, it was the first hiding spot they immediately took to. Now that they are comfortable in their home and happy to use multiple cozy spots it gets used less, but they still love to grab a treat and retreat to the ball to eat.

The BEST cage accessory you can get for your rats! I have 5 boys in 3 different cages and have one of these in each cage. There is hardly a time I look in the cage without one of them in this! I hung them all on the top of the cage where they like to sleep. At first my boys took turns inside the pod but now they just pile in it! I wish I would’ve bought these sooner!

I think at least one of my rats is in this at all times. I put a little square of fleece in there to make it cozy, and it is perfect for them. Bonus, its easy to reach into if you need to coax them out/clean it/bring them out for play.

My rats love this! Super easy to assemble and clean. Not chew proof but still durable and will last a good time. I do recommend getting a size large if ur buying this for rats.

I have two of these for my rats. This is better than the wooden houses. The wooden homes keep the urine smell contained even though I wash them every week. Its not good for rats to keep smelling urine because they can get upper respiratory infections very easily. The wooden homes take a long time to fully dry off after washing. These plastic space pods get washed everyday. I dry them off with paper towels then shred paper towels for them to use as bedding in the space pods. I wish I would have bought these a long time ago.
