Had to return it, didnt work out of the box. Never got past setup. Made a pop noise and shut down, tried for an hour to get it to work. Still waiting for the refund so I can purchase a different product.

The things that I like about this laptop: It’s portable and compact. The support team provided unlimited support to get it set up since it lacked directions. The man in support stayed on the phone with me for over an hour to get me set up running. He took me through testing various commands on the laptop. He went through everything by taking me step by step to get completely SET up. He was extremely patient. And he tested everything with me and knew what he was talking about. So kind.

Works well and as expected

The PC looks great, works well but the amazing thing in this fractured supply chain situation that we are living in is, IT ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY!!!!!

I love this laptop, i’m a college student and my dell laptop stopped working probably for over working it. But, this laptop is sooo amazing!!! It gets the job done as I use it for school I have zero troubles with it. the only downside is no backlit light, but doesn’t bother me at all.

I bought it to just use a regular laptop and I love it

I love the touch ID feature on this laptop. It is exactly described in the description. I also love the touch screen feature which is so nice and handy for certain things. This computer almost seems like a macbook.

I love how sleek and light it is ,this is also my first laptop ,best purchase ever.
