Zooz products alwase come jam packed with settings and features. I have very much enjoyed their products. This dimmer is not 100% waterproof. I would recommend keeping it off the ground in case of a flash flood. Thats what destroyed mine.

It either connects immediately or it doesnt connect at all. I purchased a total of five and three worked fine, and I returned the two that did not.

Paired easily with my SmartThings hub, and it goes on and off flawlessly as directed by the routines I have set up. Very happy!

Seems to work fine with Hubitat. Im using this to dim a set of 4 GU10 LEDs that make up the canopy light on my aquarium. Seems to work fine, there is occasionally a weird flicker when changing dimmer levels, but otherwise its rock solid.

The good: it connects to Home Assistant very nicely, and supports the S2 or non S2 protocols flawlessly. Its pretty straightforward to use, and theres plenty of verbose config documents with the item. The bad: It frequently bugs out. I couldnt identify why, but it will stop responding to Z wave commands after 15 or so hours. It requires restarting the device to get it to work wirelessly again. For this reason I returned mine.

We have two, one is for the pary lights on the patio, the other We use for Christmas light. Works great and meets expectations

As others have pointed out, the plug is not a flat 45 angle as described on the box. This was not a deal breaker for me even though the flat plug would have worked much better. As for the device itself, I was able to pair it on my first attempt with a Vera hub. The Please Read sticker said that it would auto-include upon plugging it in for the first time so I was sure to have my hub in discovery mode when I plugged it in.

Easy to setup and connect. I have multiple Alexa’s and built in smart hubs through my ring and Eero systems. Allows outdoor automation of lights outside from both my Alexa’s and phone. No more getting out of bed to shut my lights off when my family forgot.

Works as advertised. Needed this type of cord setup for a tight spot and z-wave protocol. Integrated well with Abode Security Hub.

This applies to a SmartThings (ST) ecosystem. TL;DR use ST IDE and select Zwave Metering Switch Secure. ST also has went to edge drivers and no more device handlers so avoid this til they get real support. I bought this to control and monitor energy usage of outdoor seasonal lights. It easily paired to ST but was only showing as a simple z wave ON OFF device. Reading the fine print of the box it says to email or visit the website for a Custom Device Handler (DH) to get the advertised functions. This wasn’t totally strange as Zooz products often require this. I was bummed since DH mean it will be cloud based and not local but oh well. Low and behold, nothing on their garbage website. Think you’d find it on the actual product page for the device? Nope. Only downloads are three links to named products that is nothing currently listed. Also emailed and no response. Shocker. I played around in ST IDE and finally got its metering functions to show with the preset Zwave Metering Switch Secure. It’s a cheaper smaller profile outdoor Zwave outlet that are hard to come by now it seems. Only reason not returning.
