> 3 dayZooz products alwase come jam packed with settings and features. I have very much enjoyed their products. This dimmer is not 100% waterproof. I would recommend keeping it off the ground in case of a flash flood. Thats what destroyed mine.

> 3 dayIm disappointed with Home Seer and Z-Wave overall. The connection is unreliable and intermittent.

> 3 dayThings I loved: The outdoor rating and energy monitoring capabilities. Compact size for outdoor unit Things I am disappointed by: It didnt make it 6 months before dying. It randomly was turning off, and now it turns off immediately after turning on. Product range was not as good as other zwave devices. It would occasionally completely lose contact with my hub Difficult pairing in smartthings Despite installation at the end of 2022, no Edge driver in smartthings

> 3 dayThe manual on/off button works just fine, and thats where its consistency ends. The manual (available on their website) clearly says how to pair and reset the outlet, except its wrong. (Click the button 3x quickly to pair, click 2x then hold on the third press until it turns off to reset it) Once paired, I could only get the outlet to turn on or off via the SmartThings app maybe 10% of the time. The app has connectivity because it shows if the light turns on or off if I use the outlets button, but then Ill unplug it and it still thinks its connected. Returning, probably replacing with GEs Z-wave+ model

Greater than one weekThe good: it connects to Home Assistant very nicely, and supports the S2 or non S2 protocols flawlessly. Its pretty straightforward to use, and theres plenty of verbose config documents with the item. The bad: It frequently bugs out. I couldnt identify why, but it will stop responding to Z wave commands after 15 or so hours. It requires restarting the device to get it to work wirelessly again. For this reason I returned mine.

> 3 dayThis product was easy to install and integrated perfectly with Smartthings (which I will not recommend) and Alexa. We used this to smart control our outdoor Christmas lights.

> 3 dayUsed and integrated to my existing Z-Wave mesh, (SmartThings) + mostly GE outlet/switches and it was seamless. Currently working for my gazebo and so far no issues. Follow the instructions (READ FIRST) and there should be no problems.

> 3 dayHave the GE version of the same, and use them side by side. The Minoston version works just as well (same response time, etc) for my outdoor lighting.

> 3 dayUsed insteon version for years. It was never very reliable. This Zwave unit has never missed a command, which is really all i wanted

> 3 dayI use these with Hubitat. They are easily adopted and just work. I dont have to fiddle with them at all, which is nice. Theyve held up to the elements well and Ive just purchased a few more to control Christmas lights and an inflatable this year.
