> 3 dayWhen received, put one in right away, and it leaked, so as long as I had ordered 2, I put the other one in, and it also leaked. Previous Moen Cartriges had Moen stamped on the cartiege, and these 2 did not. After talking to seller, He told me to send back, and I would get credit. so I did. He gave me credit for only one, saying I sent the old on to him. They were only in for 2 minuets if that, so dont know why he said that. The one that I had taken out was from ACE Hdwre. He refused credit on his faulty product Sorry

> 3 dayIm thinking this might be regular maintenance item, kind of like replacing spark plugs in car motor, to avoid having problems with them sticking in the block...eventually you need to do it to keep them from seizing ...likewise, mineral deposits will eventually make removing the cartridge from the fixture difficult...I waited a bit too long, and had to use something like a pry bar setup to get the old cartridge out (scary since you dont want to cause leak inside wall where fixture is located) since it took some force to get our the old one...next time Ill plan to replace every other year or so (it had been several years since I last did it)...so good to keep some on hand to replace regularly is probably a good idea, as these are probably cheaper to buy than to pay for plumber if they get stuck and you need external help.

Greater than one weekBetter than plastic cartridge. And no matter what, you HAVE to use OEM Moen made cartridge. Replica after market replacements - dont waste your time!
