Smooth and workable. Color selections for landscape. Needs to be supplemented for portraiture and fleshtones. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I have not tried out a lot of other brands to give the most thorough assessment. However, I was aware from reviews (as well as some cheap oil pastels included in a dollar store type of art kit) that not all oil pastels blend colors well. Thus I landed on this brand to use with my children. The texture of these are very soft and blend beautifully. I love the variety of pigments. Will buy again.

She likes them, she did mention they werent very vibrant though. Overall its ok for now, I wouldnt buy this set again though

Im new into this style of art but the bang for your buck is amazing!! I cant speak on it regarding high level artist, but this is my second order of this particular brand!

I created an American Kestrel yesterday as soon as I received these oil pastels. They are so wonderful and blendable. I used hard paper sticks to blend the bird and around the bird. My husband was extremely happy. The colors are vibrant and true. I would have expected to pay more for this quality. Im happy!

These oil pastels are my favorite! I love the colors and the smoothness of the pastels!!

These are very soft, so I combined them with other media for detailed work on art pieces...

After trying a few other brands, these are the ones I really like! They BLEND nicely! It has pretty colors to choose from. Definitely recommend these!
