I have been eating healthy and on a plan called Optavia for almost 2 months and struggling with constipation. I usually struggle with constipation any time I eat healthy it’s happened to me through the years. I drink plenty of water (8-10 16.9 oz bottle water a day) and coffee and tried myralax and stool softeners and NOTHING was helping! Last night was night 1 of taking Mag 07 ... I took 3 pills at bed time as directed ... woke up and everything “came out” just fine! LOL Not sure with the amount of water I drink if I need 3 pills. I was surprised by this product’s ability to create movement without hurting your stomach like normal laxatives. It worked really well for about a week but after that was not as effective. It’s great for a short cleanse though! I was working out a lot while I took it but I lost around 4 pounds that week so it was very effective.

Been using over a year. I go more frequently with out it. No cramping!!!! Drink water. No taste but after a while of using it i have to take with saltine crackes and water! My grandmother used it now and has lower blood pressure and less joint pain but she consulted her doctor. She is 75 and loves it First time I used I took 3 and it made me gassy and I didnt like it. The second time I took 5 and it felt like I was peeing out my rear. Now I only take as needed when I do a monthy cleasnse! After the please I usually go no meat for a week. I have strayed away from beef and pork unless it is Thanksgiving! Speaking of take after Thanksgiving!

My 3 year old started doing what is called poop with holding . We have tried everything to try to get her to stop but nothing was working until we started her on MagO7. This is for adults and mostly used for bowel cleansing and you should discuss this with your doctor before trying it on a child but it has her to the point she cant always stop the urge to go. She is still trying to hold it but now she is going every couple of days rather than a full week without pooping. It isnt as traumatic for her and this is helping her. You have to slowly introduce it into their diet depending on how long it has been since they have used the potty. Normally you will also need to figure out how much you actually need to give because there is no dosage for a child. But if they are like my daughter and being close to having to go to the hospital because she is hurting herself fighting the need to go and almost completely impacted... you may want to give at least 1 to 2 capsules. I have to hide it and not let her see me open the capsule and put it in her juice or flavored water. Applesauce works great too. Our next step was the hospital because I wasnt going to give her another enema ever again, it was so dramatic and traumatic and it physically hurt as much as mentally because of all the fighting to hold her still and give it to her...It hurt me so much to do this and not be able to fully explain to her what was happening, I couldnt do it myself again. I knew if she didnt go soon she could hurt herself internally. Since the MagO7, my stress level is way down. She isnt going every day, but that is okay because she is going more than once a week. She is back to eating and playing and being normal. Please remember to discuss this with your doctor before deciding to give it to a youngster but it did do the trick for us. My sis just put me on to this and the first 3 days I took 5 at night literally cleaned me out. She told me its like a brillo pad for ur tummy and she was absolutely right. Im currently in my second week only taking 3 a day so far so good. Every morning u got an appt with ur toilet, FYI lol if ur butt gets a Lil sore from all the pooping just soak in a bath u will feel much better.
