I’ve been chronically constipated since birth, basically. I’ve got some gut issues, and it’s difficult to find things that will help, and often when something DOES help or I DO have a movement it’s not enough. I’ll not poop for a week (literally) and then finally when I do, it’s like what a chihuahua would poop. I am forever very bloated, sluggish, and uncomfortable. BUT, last night I took 3 of these, and I thought they didn’t work, maybe they needed to be taken for like a week to get your body used to it or maybe I didn’t take enough? so tonight I took 5. Well, surely due to the 3 I had taken last night (as it would be too soon for the 5 tonight to work), I suddenly had to go, not 10 mins after the 5 I took. Not like, emergency need to go, but probably what a normal person feels like when they have to go! And I POOPED!! and it was GLORIOUS!! It wasn’t diarrhea. It was a regular poop. A regular amount! Which, I can feel is not enough for 30 years of being backed up, but it feels nice to have some relief. Hopefully 5 isn’t too much for me tomorrow and i’m not on the toilet in agony, but i’ll keep taking these and hopefully start to become “regular” and FINALLY get the feeling women in tampon commercials seem to get, with their cartwheels and twirls, except mine will be because of empty bowels. So far so good! Very happy to have pooped tonight. UPDATE: 5 pills is too many pills for a bathroom that shares a wall with your in-laws.

This is the best for when you need it. Been using for couple years. Ive taken 3-4 if I felt I really needed extra help..but ordinarily just 2 if needed. And sometimes take 1 every 2-4 days for just an added help. Depending what I have or have not eaten or if Ive gone enough. Really keeps you regulated, no side affects and not habit forming like other products. Ive told friends and family about this. They all agree its great.

I have not been able to go regularly since 2017. I am in the process of getting worked up by a doctor however it is taking a long time due to lengthy deployments and most recently, COVID-19. If youre like me and are reading these reviews, its to make sure that dropping a sizeable sum on a product so you can unleash your bowels doesnt get thrown away on junk products, much like Ive spent my money on too. Well, I hope this helps you out too. I am ZERO interested in the “oxygen cleanse” business. I am ZERO worried about “toxic buildup” or whatever the heck the reason is people want this stuff. My sole goal here is to relieve my bowels regularly. Good ole fashioned poopin’. What doesnt work for me: - Staying Hydrated - taking psyllium husk - eating less meat - eating more veg - probiotics - 5 grams of glutamine is somebodys magic potion - PHGG - adding or subtracting things from my diet - suppositories - daily biscodyl - waiting - Daily Linzess - Daily Motegrity - complaining - hoping - wishing The only thing these things did for me was give me a mental sense of irrational hope that has drained my soul slowly. Its frustrating as hell and I hate it. I can take double the dose of Linzess once a week to clean out but that sucks and is painful. I can take 5 biscodyl and it hurts too. This is unsustainable. What I did do was try this product out. Please assume that I stay very hydrated (3+ litres of water a day). Night 1: 3 caps at bedtime nothing the next day. Night 2: 4 caps at bedtime nothing the next day Night 3: 4 caps at bedtime, Motegrity with breakfast, all the stuff was gone the next day. Night 4: 4 caps at bedtime; all the stuff came out the next day. Night 5 through now: 3 at bedtime, 3 in the morning, all the stuff comes out the next day. After nearly 4 weeks of using this, I am pleased that I havent had to take any other medication, OTC or prescription, since 1 Motegrity when I started out. No chemicals other than whats in Mag07 to have my wretched, problematic bowels finally get rid of food waste. I am so happy that I could almost cry. With Mag07 and an upcoming Sitzmarker Study in July, I feel hopeful that there are solutions available for me. The hope and relief are worth the price. My only problem with this product is that some caps broke open during shipping and get fine, white powder on everything as I take them out of the bottle. That fifth star for this review is the white powder that gets all over my clothes. —- update on June 6, 2021 —- 3 in the morning works just fine now. —- update on July 20, 2021 —- 3 in the morning still does the job. I am on jar 3 of the capsules.

I purchased this a couple years ago & only used it a few times because it made my stool very watery (of course was drinking lots of water at the time). The end of last year I was doing some heavy duty studying so I was drinking lots of coffee, caffeine energy drinks, diet sodas, taking Excedrin almost every day, etc. My eating was atrocious...lots of fast foods, processed foods, and sugary sweets and to top it off I was barely drinking any water. This went on for about 3 months. When I decided to start eating healthy & lose some weight, although I rehydrated myself (drinking at least a gallon of water a day), I still wasnt losing the weight I should have, my stomach was constantly bloated, & I was barely going to the bathroom. I tried metamucil bars which worked a little, then I tried psyllium husks which also worked a little. I tried senna capsules & that barely worked, even an enema barely produced results. At first I thought maybe Im not backed up but I wasnt going hardly at all...I would get the urge but then...nothing. I then began taking 3 Mag 07 in the evening & let me tell you...things are REALLY moving now! Not just water either like before! This is a stool softener so dont expect your stool to come out formed, but this worked when NOTHING else did. Im going to keep taking 3-4 every evening for the next 5-7 days as recommended on the bottle as a cleanse. HIGHLY recommend this...no cramping & very predictable. Ive been taking it at 11pm & by 4 or 5am I have to go. UPDATE- MARCH 17, 2012: After taking 3-4 each night for 7 days and then 1 or 2 for seven days, dont want to gross anyone out but my stool went from very dark (the color of strong coffee)for several days & finally it got to where I could see through it. Im happy to say Im now all cleaned out & REGULAR. I only take a couple on occasion now. Ive also lost about 15 lbs. since with diet & exercise of course, but my weight loss is steady now unlike before.

We use these on the regular and they absolutely work. For me it takes a couple of days for effects, but for my other half it works almost instantly.

I LOVE Mag07, I started taking these about 3 months ago, my mom had a bottle that she didnt finish and I told her I was trying to detox and maintain a healthier lifestyle. She suggested i try the rest of her pills that she had left over from a diet she was on. Needless to say these pills became a fast favorite of mine. I took the max dose which is 5 pills at night on an empty stomach. I know its hard for some people to have an empty stomach at the end of the night buy the way I did it was, I ate dinner no later than 6 p.m. this way when 9 or 10 p.m came around my belly was empty and I had a bit of a hunger feeling. Then I would take the pills (all 5) and drink A TON of water with it. I know people would say why drink that much water right before bed, well take the pills at least a hour prior to bed, this way you can expel some of the water you just drank. By the next morning you will surely move your bowls, no stomach pains, or anything like that (which is why I like these pills) but you will have the non painful urge to go to the bathroom. and you may loose a few pounds in the process.

This stuff is magic! I was so uncomfortable with bathroom issues and I heard about this product! Absolutely made me feel 100% better in just a couple days. Sometimes 3 pills at night works but if you don’t see desired results, move up to 4 capsules the next night before bed.
