Ok, Im very familiar with colon cleanses. I tried many, except this ( oxygen based ones) . I wasent to pleased that many of the capsules were broken and the powder was 3/4 out of em. But I wanted to try it anyway. It says 5 pills a bedtime ( or maintenance dose 3 pils) , I figured my body was familiar with cleanses so Id better take the 5 right off the bat! I felt no cramps, no gas, no pain at all. I thought I had wasted my $$ as I felt really nothing- until THE NEXT MORNING!!! In the A.M , I felt the need to go, well, it was VERY loose, yet NO cramps or pain that would usually accompany this much loose stool. ( sorry , but that is why we take this stuff!) . Next night I again took 5 capsules, & again in the morning it was very very loose . I also noticed about an hour after taking the 5 pills that I felt very dehydrated! Im not a big water drinker, yet I drank glasses full ! Now, Im not sure if this is really cleansing me out or just giving me very loose stool? I have tried many others that were expensive, yet did nothing but give me bad cramps & gas! The first one I tried ( DONT laugh!) was DUAL ACTION , the one from those late nite infomercials years ago, yes that ONE! Well, to tell you the truth, its been the best I have taken! Now I have heard about the founder & his questionable charges to ppl credit cards again & again ( when ordering from THIER web site) , but Ive always bought it in stores, Amazon etc. like this product, it gives NO GAS, NO CRAMPING at all, yet unlike this one, it didnt give me very loose watery stools. When I take the Dual Action, the next day I have 2-3 full BMs and they are regular, not loose, not hard. I really feel lighter, as well as cleaner from it. I used Dual action as part of my weight loss regimen a year & 1/2 ago. It really helped along with diet change ( yet no exercise !) , I lost 80lbs in 4 months. Im always looking for new & better products , so I tried this MAG O7, but I just dont feel clean, or lighter. Dehydrated yes. So if your looking to help CLEANSE yourself, I suggest & recommend DUAL ACTION. But if you suffer from severe constipation & dont have BMs except 1-2 weekly- then THIS product maybe for YOU! Its just overkill if you just need to cleanse or up your normal bowel habits. It doesnt give Gas nor any cramps, so for the chronically constipated it would be great. As for me, Im ordering more Dual action! It works, its predictable , no running to toilets, no super loose stools! JR~

This stuff is magic! I was so uncomfortable with bathroom issues and I heard about this product! Absolutely made me feel 100% better in just a couple days. Sometimes 3 pills at night works but if you don’t see desired results, move up to 4 capsules the next night before bed.

Its laxative effect was what I needed. However it made my chronic migraines worse. I was extremely nauseous. So I cant take it daily, which is a disappointment because I purchased it to cleanse/detox.

This stuff is truly a Godsend! I happened to read about it on a BabyCenter.com forum when I was searching desperately for something to help with our 2-year olds constipation. We had tried everything! Miralax worked, but made her go 5-7 times per day and she would get rashes. I think she was still trying to hold it in. Anyway, Miralax, Pedialax, Milk of Magnesia, Benefiber, Citrucel, (of course fiber and hydration were the first things we tried), mineral oil, we tried it all. Finally we had to resort to enemas when her belly would get so hard. After holding her down and hearing her scream, we were traumatized and I said, Thats IT! Weve got to find something that will help her! We heard about this, ordered it and started giving her half a capsule in some yogurt or applesauce nightly (she weighed about 25 lbs). It was truly miraculous. In 2 days her compacted bowels emptied without cramping and pain or diarrhea. She was no longer trying to hold it in. It didnt make things to runny like with the Miralax. It was just NORMAL. We couldnt believe it. Shes been taking them ever since at night with some fiber gummies (it seems to work best together like that). Shes now 3, goes on the toilet every day, and happily takes her Nighttime Medicine just before bed each night. This stuff seriously saved us. We showed it to her pediatrician, by the way, and got his blessing for her to take it. He said its pretty much the same active ingredient as Milk of Magnesia, but it sure works better. She weighs 30 lbs now and 1/2 capsule is still working fine.

These came in on prime in just a couple of days. I’d used magnesium oxide powder and capsules before and realized I never got the results others mentioned they were getting. I finally ordered these. Man, what a difference. Took 3 capsules the first night and I’ve been in and out of the bathroom several times today (and often I’ve gone longer than a week trying to go due to constipation issues). No stress, no stomach upset, just a natural urge to go, sit, deliver!! And up and out in just a few minutes, rather than trying to strain and move to try and get digestion moving. I am so happy to finally have a product that works and doesn’t have the cramps that comes with most things I have used all my life. I will soon be 75 and my Mom started us all off with herb teas etc from a young age. My Mom was raised on a farm so learn to cook straight from the garden & butcher. Growing up we also always had a big garden and raised our own grass fed beef, chickens etc. Plus living in Florida we had our own fresh fruit of a big variety. We ate well. Fresh milk, butter, cheese etc. But we all suffered with gut issues and constipation. Finally I have a product that works right. I’ve read all the reviews and can relate to most of them. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you.

If youre using this stuff, you should feel comfortable reading reviews about bowel movements! ;-) Im a female, 54, 119 lbs. and the first night I started these, I thought Id kick things off with the maximum recommendation of 5 capsules...a HUGE mistake! Within hours (in the middle of the night, mind you), I was running back and forth to the bathroom with diarrhea. Looking back, I should have started off a bit slower to see how my body reacted to this stuff. Once I figured the right dose out for a cleanse (I just need 3), I was able to sleep through the night and use the bathroom at my own leisure upon waking. My BMs were somewhere between soft and diarrhea but I was going much more regularly, not urgently. Following a night of Mag07, I would start my day with Pearls IC probiotics and found that this a great combo! Upon completetion of the 10-day cleanse, I have continued to take 1 capsule before bed for maintenance. My insides have never felt better which of course, have reflected on the outside! My belly feels flat and my digestive system no longer feels stopped up. I swear, I can actually feel my body utilizing vitamins that I used to feel pass right through, never fully absorbing. Ill also say that taking care of your intestinal tract is the base of a strong immune system. While everyone else has started getting colds and the flu, I remain illness-free and full of energy!
