Works as expected, but I normally have to take five.

Seriously this works like a charm. I first took three and it worked very well. I tried two and it also worked. I love the fact it does not cause bloating for me. Must drink the water with it. Important! Read instructions.

The first time I purchase this product, I was very happy with the cleanse and actually, saw a weight loss. The second time I ordered Mag07, the package label had changed and the product didnt work as well, as my first order. Not sure if the product changed as the label did...I had previous bragged so much about the product and thought that perhaps it was just me. So I gave a friend a few to try, she said, the product didnt work for her either.

This product to ME isnt as THOROUGH as a Salt Water Flush. However, since I cant tolerate the taste and torture of swallowing 2 teaspoons of Non Iodine Salt mixed with 1 Quart of warm water, which is taken first thing in the morning after taking Traditional Medicinals Organic Smooth Move Tea last thing the night before, I decided to try Mag07. Mag07 is very delicate and gentle. I took 5 right off the back the first night I tried them. I was able to sleep through the night and when I woke up to my first mornings urine, I still didnt have the urge to run in the Race. Then, after drinking a cup of hot tea, I was ready to run in the Race! I got to the Starters Line on my Royal Throne and ran the Race with ease. I ran only one Race , which wasnt crampy or uncomfortable and the Mag07s let me run the Race at my own pace, it wasnt bossy and pushing everything out the way like the Salt Water Flush which also forces one to run more than one Race that morning within 10-15mins of each other hehehe! I will continue to use this product because it isnt bossy, it lets you run the Race with comfort and ease. I even gave 5, the first night, to my teenage son and he even slept through the night and ran his own Race when he got ready and wasnt bullied. Mag07 will be a part of my life forever and will be a part of my sons life as long as hes under my rule LOL!

Mag07 never disappoints when cleansing. You will find what your body can handle because it definitely does the job of eliminating waste. The only time I find discomfort is when there is blockage and it is moving it out. Make sure to read directions and follow them so you can get the results.

We use these on the regular and they absolutely work. For me it takes a couple of days for effects, but for my other half it works almost instantly.

Half the price of the competitor(OxyPowder) and works equally well. I am relieved to have found a less expensive alternative to the competitor that actually works and appears to be in stock regularly. My frustration with the OxyP. brand was the high price( double the cost of Mag O7) and availability was often limited. Our intestines are created to self clean and maintain themselves. But occasionally we foul things up with medications,stress or poor diets. Directions: At Bed time with 8-12 oz water Serving Size is 3 capsules , I have never needed to go beyond that amount on one day. However the directions do indicate you may take up to 5 capsules per day. I strongly recommend you do not do that during the work week or prior to an important engagement. *I personally take my capsules in the morning along with the glass of water. I find that my physical activity (bending and stretching,walking etc.) throughout my day aids in the process of elimination* Tips: MagO7 is not a weight loss drug, dont be silly. It is for assistance with constipation and helps move things along. For the love of all thats holy consult your physician if you are experiencing pain or long term digestive problems before you try these supplements. Be sensible about your eating habits. We are not garbage disposals. Calories in calories out. This product works much better if you are actually drinking water throughout your day ( not milk shakes, mocha lattes with whipped cream etc.) (Most people underestimate how much water they consume in one day.) It works very well!

I’ve been chronically constipated since birth, basically. I’ve got some gut issues, and it’s difficult to find things that will help, and often when something DOES help or I DO have a movement it’s not enough. I’ll not poop for a week (literally) and then finally when I do, it’s like what a chihuahua would poop. I am forever very bloated, sluggish, and uncomfortable. BUT, last night I took 3 of these, and I thought they didn’t work, maybe they needed to be taken for like a week to get your body used to it or maybe I didn’t take enough? so tonight I took 5. Well, surely due to the 3 I had taken last night (as it would be too soon for the 5 tonight to work), I suddenly had to go, not 10 mins after the 5 I took. Not like, emergency need to go, but probably what a normal person feels like when they have to go! And I POOPED!! and it was GLORIOUS!! It wasn’t diarrhea. It was a regular poop. A regular amount! Which, I can feel is not enough for 30 years of being backed up, but it feels nice to have some relief. Hopefully 5 isn’t too much for me tomorrow and i’m not on the toilet in agony, but i’ll keep taking these and hopefully start to become “regular” and FINALLY get the feeling women in tampon commercials seem to get, with their cartwheels and twirls, except mine will be because of empty bowels. So far so good! Very happy to have pooped tonight. UPDATE: 5 pills is too many pills for a bathroom that shares a wall with your in-laws.
