This is a very fast, effective gentle cleanser. I did not get all cramped up as some cleanser do. Dont eat anything for about an hour before you use this product. I take 5 capsules with a large glass of water. In the morning your tummy will or mine made gurgling sounds and I got up as usual to go to the bathroom in the morning and whoosh. LOL. But no cramping! Went about my morning routine before getting ready for work. Made coffee sat at my laptop and I got that feeling I needed to go to the bathroom, (hint-DO NOT WAIT) went to the bathroom and whoosh. And all done. I did notice that first day if I got the feeling of wanting to pass gas I did go to the bathroom and glad I did. However, no stomach cramping, nothing. I am on my third bottle and the first time I used it I took 5 capsules every night for four days. Once your system is cleaned out you dont need to do this for that long. Now I take 5 capsules two days in a row about every 2-3 weeks. And I still eliminate every day, so it does not interfere with your normal body functions as some cleaners or laxatives will. Your body does not rely on this to help eliminate! Highly recommend this product for a full body cleanser and maintenance!

Mag07 never disappoints when cleansing. You will find what your body can handle because it definitely does the job of eliminating waste. The only time I find discomfort is when there is blockage and it is moving it out. Make sure to read directions and follow them so you can get the results.

I LOVE Mag07, I started taking these about 3 months ago, my mom had a bottle that she didnt finish and I told her I was trying to detox and maintain a healthier lifestyle. She suggested i try the rest of her pills that she had left over from a diet she was on. Needless to say these pills became a fast favorite of mine. I took the max dose which is 5 pills at night on an empty stomach. I know its hard for some people to have an empty stomach at the end of the night buy the way I did it was, I ate dinner no later than 6 p.m. this way when 9 or 10 p.m came around my belly was empty and I had a bit of a hunger feeling. Then I would take the pills (all 5) and drink A TON of water with it. I know people would say why drink that much water right before bed, well take the pills at least a hour prior to bed, this way you can expel some of the water you just drank. By the next morning you will surely move your bowls, no stomach pains, or anything like that (which is why I like these pills) but you will have the non painful urge to go to the bathroom. and you may loose a few pounds in the process.

I take these daily. As a women who struggles with bowel issues, if I don’t take this supplement I normally will go 7-14 days without using the bathroom. These do not give me ANY discomfort unlike many laxatives do. I honestly cannot live without this stuff!

I have been using this for close to a year, and it really worked! I swore by it considering I have IBS-C, and it was affective without being habit-forming like many other IBS-C supplements. Recently I purchased 2 of the smaller bottles, and they did not work at all. In fact, they aggravated my IBS, which this product has never done before. I can confidently say this has to be a formula change as I have continued taking the supplements from the new bottles, adjusting doses to see if it was just a weird thing with my body or if it was just the one bottle - but I can confirm both bottles of supplements do not work. Is this a counterfeit or old product they are selling on amazon? Or is this a new formula from the company? Im going to try purchasing a new bottle from the company directly to see, and update my review. UPDATE: I now order directly from the company because it is always affective vs. hit or miss on here. Thats what I advise too.

The most effective digestive detox product that I’ve found (and I’ve used a lot). Similar products have left me feeling depleted. While I can definitely feel that magO7 is working (very effectively) it’s not aggressive to the point of being unpleasant or uncomfortable. Having met some of the team behind the product, I know that I can trust them completely when it comes to brand integrity, ingredients, sourcing, overall quality, and efficacy of their items. Very glad to have found this brand!

Seriously this works like a charm. I first took three and it worked very well. I tried two and it also worked. I love the fact it does not cause bloating for me. Must drink the water with it. Important! Read instructions.
