Ive battled severe constipation my entire life, due to a genetic connective tissue disorder. Everything else Ive tried eventually stopped working. An Instagram friend told me about this and Im SO glad I tried it. I have to take 5 capsules every day in order to go, but the average person wont have to take that much. Im just so thankful to have found something that works for my stubborn GI tract.

This product to ME isnt as THOROUGH as a Salt Water Flush. However, since I cant tolerate the taste and torture of swallowing 2 teaspoons of Non Iodine Salt mixed with 1 Quart of warm water, which is taken first thing in the morning after taking Traditional Medicinals Organic Smooth Move Tea last thing the night before, I decided to try Mag07. Mag07 is very delicate and gentle. I took 5 right off the back the first night I tried them. I was able to sleep through the night and when I woke up to my first mornings urine, I still didnt have the urge to run in the Race. Then, after drinking a cup of hot tea, I was ready to run in the Race! I got to the Starters Line on my Royal Throne and ran the Race with ease. I ran only one Race , which wasnt crampy or uncomfortable and the Mag07s let me run the Race at my own pace, it wasnt bossy and pushing everything out the way like the Salt Water Flush which also forces one to run more than one Race that morning within 10-15mins of each other hehehe! I will continue to use this product because it isnt bossy, it lets you run the Race with comfort and ease. I even gave 5, the first night, to my teenage son and he even slept through the night and ran his own Race when he got ready and wasnt bullied. Mag07 will be a part of my life forever and will be a part of my sons life as long as hes under my rule LOL!

There was definitely a learning curve using this product. I have IBS-C and this product is extremely helpful relieving those symptoms. After some trial and error, I learned to take three every night at 9 o’clock. Within an hour I’m really sleepy and in the morning I’m able to go to the bathroom no cramping or really any kind of discomfort. The added benefit of magnesium for sleep is really appreciated since I’ve had insomnia for years. I checked with my doctor and she said that I can use this product daily, not just for a cleanse and detox. She wants to test my potassium levels in a couple of months so perhaps keep an eye on that if you want to use it every day. The magnesium is safe at that level to use daily. All in all, this product is far superior to anything else I have tried to relieve my IBS-C symptoms. Would definitely recommend it with the recommendation that you have to learn how to use it and adjust the levels for your own situation.

I actually opened the pills and added them to water upon suggestion of one of my nurse friends. Works much faster this way but youll have to hurry up and try and drink it. Not the best taste but gets the job done. I would order again.

We use these on the regular and they absolutely work. For me it takes a couple of days for effects, but for my other half it works almost instantly.

I have used this product over the years, and I would recommend it if you were looking for assistance with a good clean out. You will need to figure out what is the right amount for your body, but once you do get ready. If you take it at night before you go to bed (and follow the directions) by the time you wake up, you will need to make sure there is a porcelain throne nearby. It will definitely get the job done!

This was a natural resource for constipation. I am an extreme anemic and when I tell you my iron infusions makes me, well not able to go, its an uncomfortable feeling. I took this at 7pm with an 8 oz glass of water and it worked like a charm. I took 3, but Im afraid to increase it. I think it may make me a little bit too regular. If you are suffering like I was, please do not waste anymore time. Go and get this product ASAP.

Ok, Im very familiar with colon cleanses. I tried many, except this ( oxygen based ones) . I wasent to pleased that many of the capsules were broken and the powder was 3/4 out of em. But I wanted to try it anyway. It says 5 pills a bedtime ( or maintenance dose 3 pils) , I figured my body was familiar with cleanses so Id better take the 5 right off the bat! I felt no cramps, no gas, no pain at all. I thought I had wasted my $$ as I felt really nothing- until THE NEXT MORNING!!! In the A.M , I felt the need to go, well, it was VERY loose, yet NO cramps or pain that would usually accompany this much loose stool. ( sorry , but that is why we take this stuff!) . Next night I again took 5 capsules, & again in the morning it was very very loose . I also noticed about an hour after taking the 5 pills that I felt very dehydrated! Im not a big water drinker, yet I drank glasses full ! Now, Im not sure if this is really cleansing me out or just giving me very loose stool? I have tried many others that were expensive, yet did nothing but give me bad cramps & gas! The first one I tried ( DONT laugh!) was DUAL ACTION , the one from those late nite infomercials years ago, yes that ONE! Well, to tell you the truth, its been the best I have taken! Now I have heard about the founder & his questionable charges to ppl credit cards again & again ( when ordering from THIER web site) , but Ive always bought it in stores, Amazon etc. like this product, it gives NO GAS, NO CRAMPING at all, yet unlike this one, it didnt give me very loose watery stools. When I take the Dual Action, the next day I have 2-3 full BMs and they are regular, not loose, not hard. I really feel lighter, as well as cleaner from it. I used Dual action as part of my weight loss regimen a year & 1/2 ago. It really helped along with diet change ( yet no exercise !) , I lost 80lbs in 4 months. Im always looking for new & better products , so I tried this MAG O7, but I just dont feel clean, or lighter. Dehydrated yes. So if your looking to help CLEANSE yourself, I suggest & recommend DUAL ACTION. But if you suffer from severe constipation & dont have BMs except 1-2 weekly- then THIS product maybe for YOU! Its just overkill if you just need to cleanse or up your normal bowel habits. It doesnt give Gas nor any cramps, so for the chronically constipated it would be great. As for me, Im ordering more Dual action! It works, its predictable , no running to toilets, no super loose stools! JR~

Does what its intended for. My first few doses seemed to work a little slowly (I had to take it in the afternoon to have a significant movement the following morning) but Ill attribute that to the uniqueness of my system and it getting acclimated to the product and beginning to clear. Now, I can feel sensations of it working within a few hours and it produces a soft and copious movement in 8-10 hrs and then 1-3 smaller movements in the following hours. As mentioned, you CAN feel it working in your intestines but its not uncomfortable. It literally feels like theres a gentle foam bubbling in your tract. Thats a huge plus because Ive found that other forms of intestinal cleansers cause me some discomfort in one form or another. Bentonite often makes me nauseous, senna sometimes creates really strong and uncomfortable spasms in the intestinal muscles, etc. I tried this right after a 4/5 day trial with OxyPowder and although its possible that the Oxy helped begin the process making it easier for the Mago7, I also have a strong feeling that the Mago7 furthered the results faster than more OxyPowder would have. And a lot of people complain about the price but it WORKS, & you only need a few capsules per treatment for it to do so. The price seems like a well-worth-it investment to have 60 capsules of this stuff on hand. Truly different from other forms of cleansing and therefore works well on its own and would provide a huge boost in support of other methods.
