My sis just put me on to this and the first 3 days I took 5 at night literally cleaned me out. She told me its like a brillo pad for ur tummy and she was absolutely right. I am so happy to finally have a product that works and doesn’t have the cramps that comes with most things I have used all my life. I will soon be 75 and my Mom started us all off with herb teas etc from a young age. My Mom was raised on a farm so learn to cook straight from the garden & butcher. Growing up we also always had a big garden and raised our own grass fed beef, chickens etc. Plus living in Florida we had our own fresh fruit of a big variety. We ate well. Half the price of the competitor(OxyPowder) and works equally well. I am relieved to have found a less expensive alternative to the competitor that actually works and appears to be in stock regularly. My frustration with the OxyP. brand was the high price( double the cost of Mag O7) and availability was often limited. Our intestines are created to self clean and maintain themselves. But occasionally we foul things up with medications,stress or poor diets. Directions: At Bed time with 8-12 oz water Serving Size is 3 capsules , I have never needed to go beyond that amount on one day. However the directions do indicate you may take up to 5 capsules per day. I strongly recommend you do not do that during the work week or prior to an important engagement. *I personally take my capsules in the morning along with the glass of water. I find that my physical activity (bending and stretching,walking etc.) throughout my day aids in the process of elimination* Tips: MagO7 is not a weight loss drug, dont be silly. It is for assistance with constipation and helps move things along. For the love of all thats holy consult your physician if you are experiencing pain or long term digestive problems before you try these supplements. Be sensible about your eating habits. We are not garbage disposals. Calories in calories out. This product works much better if you are actually drinking water throughout your day ( not milk shakes, mocha lattes with whipped cream etc.) (Most people underestimate how much water they consume in one day.) I have suffered over 20 years with IBS that makes it difficult to have regular bowel movements. If I’m stressed it makes it even worse and now I’m on medication that makes it damn near impossible to go even with other laxatives, stool softeners AND IBS meds. This was recommended by a Reddit group and OMG! You will eliminate food you ate in high school. I take 3 pills if I haven’t gone in a few days and I completely empty out the next morning. I’m going to try to take one pill before bed to keep up the effects and not have to do the massive cleanse once a week. As someone who has tried it ALL, I HIGHLY recommend this product.

The most effective digestive detox product that I’ve found (and I’ve used a lot). Similar products have left me feeling depleted. While I can definitely feel that magO7 is working (very effectively) it’s not aggressive to the point of being unpleasant or uncomfortable. This site has been infiltrated by knockoffs that dont work. I would say that 10% are fake. If you want to insure you are getting the real deal, buy from NBPure, iHerbs, or in person at your local GNC. Why waste the time or money taking capsules filled with flour.
