Due to my medication, I have been suffering constipation. I usually go buy Mag Citrate in liquid form. However, that was pulled off the shelves for microbial contamination. Every alternative was not working. I tried fiber rich foods, OTC medication, prescribed medication, natural remedies. NOTHING worked, and i was afraid Id be hospitalized if i could not find a remedy. I reduced my intake to two pills at night and one pill in the morning and it worked like a charm the next morning. I am fortunate that I can be at home so it doesnt catch me off guard. If anyone is not familiar with this and unable to have the luxury of bathroom access at will, then I would suggest taking one pill at night. Or wait until the day before there is a day of rest (ie off day) to become accustomed to how it works. Nevertheless, rest easy knowing it will work.

Totally easy to swallow

I was so excited to start using a natural supplement, instead of OTC POWDER OR PILLS. First day it was ok, but now after five days…ugh! My stomach is in knots. I’m hurting so bad, and only was using one at night, and one in the morning. Terrible pain, and hasn’t worked at all for the reason I bought. Buyer beware. If you have the slightest sensitive stomach, you might move onto a different product. I stopped two days ago, my stomach is still hurting, with no results. Hope this helps someone else.

These are amazing, and I have never felt such intestinal health in my life. They keep me perfectly regular and my digestive system works better now than ever before and Im 69 years old. I wanted to leave a review because I was uncertain whether or not this would work after reading other reviews. I did purchase the large bottle because I wanted the best deal on per unit cost. Heres my experience: first day took 4 in the afternoon (because I didnt want to have my sleep interrupted) and cramped quite a bit on and off for 24 hours (this was because it was starting to work and did work fairly quickly before bedtime. Next day took only two and not much else happened. Days 3 4 and 5 I took 5 before bedtime (as directed on the bottle) and purged regularly throughout the day. Today is Day six and must say that I am amazed at how much was in there and how much less bloated I am (all the way up to my ribcage - my entire insides feel lighter and cleaner because they are! My only question is Im not sure when the cleanse will be over, but I do plan on continuing for another day or two. After this Ive been recommended to take probiotics to put healthy bacteria in my system.

I have IBS and this is the only thing that helps me pass food through my system. Take it with metamucil if your stools are pure water.

This was a natural resource for constipation. I am an extreme anemic and when I tell you my iron infusions makes me, well not able to go, its an uncomfortable feeling. I took this at 7pm with an 8 oz glass of water and it worked like a charm. I took 3, but Im afraid to increase it. I think it may make me a little bit too regular. If you are suffering like I was, please do not waste anymore time. Go and get this product ASAP.

My eating habits haven’t been the greatest and recently I had noticed that I actually feel worse whenever I eat and after I use the bathroom. I always poop in the morning but I would still have bad gas on my way to work and throughout the day. Recently whenever I would eat something, I felt like it was just... sitting inside me :( I bought this for a family member and I started taking the pills myself and LET ME TELL YOU . The first night I took 2 pills about 30 minutes before I went to bed and the next morning when I woke up to get ready for work the BM I had was KILLER omg. The way this flushes out whatever is inside you is insane. I’ve started taking 3 pills every night before bed and when I wake up in the morning and have a BM it just ... comes so easy. I don’t have any bloated or gassy feeling afterwards. Within the first 4 days of me taking these pills I noticed I had already lost about 6 pounds which I’m assuming is excess water and waste weight that I’ve been carrying around. I do not recommend taking this during the day. Literally, take your desires amount of pills maybe 30 minutes before you go to bed and you will be good to go the next morning. I learned my lesson when I had taken 3 pills about 2 hours before I usually go to bed and I ended up the majority of the night pooping in increments when I would’ve just had 1 session had I slept through the pills working. You have to stay very hydrated with this pill so it’s also been forcing me to drink more water!

I rarely write reviews buy since I made this purchase based on the reviews I figured I should contribute. Heres what led me to have to buy this, my whole life Ive struggled with chronic constipation and have to live on stool softners , well these past 3 weeks I think I had a blockage , I tried milk of magnesium, miralax, taco bell even enemas but nothing worked . the very first night I only took 3 of these and it was a miracle the next morning, I had no cramping, I just sat on the toilet and voila. I do recommend staying near a toilet for a few hours but theres never any cramping.
