The first time I purchase this product, I was very happy with the cleanse and actually, saw a weight loss. The second time I ordered Mag07, the package label had changed and the product didnt work as well, as my first order. Not sure if the product changed as the label did...I had previous bragged so much about the product and thought that perhaps it was just me. So I gave a friend a few to try, she said, the product didnt work for her either.

I cant stand taking exlax and will only do so in a pinch as it gives horrid cramps with little results. This stuff? It works. For best results, take the pills on an empty stomach and take some lemon juice in a full glass of warm water with them to get them going. I am sure the golden dosage varies from person to person. One tablet may work immediately for some while others need 6-7 a day for a couple of days. So start out low and increase the dose if no effect. If I am seriously in need of clearing out, I will take 5 of these babies along with about 3-4 pills of cascara sagrada (usually found at wal-mart and cheap). Expect to stay home. This is usually after being on vacation and coming home with a bloated, constipated belly from restaurant food. I used to take the Oxypowder pills and swore by them but this is a cheaper option and also works. I have read reviews on this product on other websites giving it low ratings...because it was not an effective weight loss tool. Seriously? Dont take this as a diet pill! Its not a diet pill...any weight loss is your own feces stored in your colon, not the fat on your thighs. Its for constipation. Use it for that.

I have had a serious problem with constipation for over 20 years, most of the time I felt horrible. I constantly asked my doctor for help to correct this issue. I am one of those people that have tried everything to get my system going nothing really works.I have done colonics, I have done detoxes, Ive increased my fiber, I tried cutting out beef and pork, I eat more fruits and vegetables, yet I still had digestive issues. I came across the green smoothie diet and decided to try it along with this product. Hallelujah!!! I loved the process! I had a very loose bowel movement every morning without cramping (the first time is kind of scary, but you get used to it), then I would have another smaller movement within a hour or so. I would go periodically during the day, but nothing major and I always had time to get to a restroom (thank God!!!). After the 10 days I had lost 12 pounds and my stomach was noticeably smaller, but the best part was that I felt so much better, not bloated or heavy and sluggish and a week after I still was having bowel movement on my own. I began a maintenance program, I take one pill every night before bed and I take five pills once a month. I plan to do the 10 day green smoothie cleanse once a year. I continue to eat healthier and I purchased a Fitbit and try to do 10000 steps everyday. This product has help me with my chronic constipation and helped me with my lifestyle change.

I was told that taking Magnesium would help to keep me regular, and it does. This is my 3rd bottle and I will continue to order. I do recommend starting with 1 tablet, and build up from there. My first time I took 3 tablets and that was a huge mistake!

I have been using this for close to a year, and it really worked! I swore by it considering I have IBS-C, and it was affective without being habit-forming like many other IBS-C supplements. Recently I purchased 2 of the smaller bottles, and they did not work at all. In fact, they aggravated my IBS, which this product has never done before. I can confidently say this has to be a formula change as I have continued taking the supplements from the new bottles, adjusting doses to see if it was just a weird thing with my body or if it was just the one bottle - but I can confirm both bottles of supplements do not work. Is this a counterfeit or old product they are selling on amazon? Or is this a new formula from the company? Im going to try purchasing a new bottle from the company directly to see, and update my review. UPDATE: I now order directly from the company because it is always affective vs. hit or miss on here. Thats what I advise too.

My eating habits haven’t been the greatest and recently I had noticed that I actually feel worse whenever I eat and after I use the bathroom. I always poop in the morning but I would still have bad gas on my way to work and throughout the day. Recently whenever I would eat something, I felt like it was just... sitting inside me :( I bought this for a family member and I started taking the pills myself and LET ME TELL YOU . The first night I took 2 pills about 30 minutes before I went to bed and the next morning when I woke up to get ready for work the BM I had was KILLER omg. The way this flushes out whatever is inside you is insane. I’ve started taking 3 pills every night before bed and when I wake up in the morning and have a BM it just ... comes so easy. I don’t have any bloated or gassy feeling afterwards. Within the first 4 days of me taking these pills I noticed I had already lost about 6 pounds which I’m assuming is excess water and waste weight that I’ve been carrying around. I do not recommend taking this during the day. Literally, take your desires amount of pills maybe 30 minutes before you go to bed and you will be good to go the next morning. I learned my lesson when I had taken 3 pills about 2 hours before I usually go to bed and I ended up the majority of the night pooping in increments when I would’ve just had 1 session had I slept through the pills working. You have to stay very hydrated with this pill so it’s also been forcing me to drink more water!

These came in on prime in just a couple of days. I’d used magnesium oxide powder and capsules before and realized I never got the results others mentioned they were getting. I finally ordered these. Man, what a difference. Took 3 capsules the first night and I’ve been in and out of the bathroom several times today (and often I’ve gone longer than a week trying to go due to constipation issues). No stress, no stomach upset, just a natural urge to go, sit, deliver!! And up and out in just a few minutes, rather than trying to strain and move to try and get digestion moving. Haven’t had anything work like this in ages. I ordered the 180 size and intend on keeping them around.
