> 24 hourEarlier I had purchased the raised Necoichi raised food bowl for one of my cats that was hit by a car when he was a kitten. He lost his right front leg and his jaw was broken and his jaw is still a bit crooked. He eats by turning his head so he gets a better bite and the raised bowl helps him a lot. He also is prone to urinary issues so when I saw the water bowl I got that as well. He did drink only from a fountain but now will use the raised bowl as well. Both are good products, easily cleaned and make eating and drinking for my little buddy a lot easier.

> 24 hourThis product is smaller than expected. I read some reviews saying this but they did not have photos so I didnt listen. I should have. I got this bowl for water to replace my cat fountain that I got tired of scrubbing the mold out of. I was expecting a large bowl, the size of the bowl that restaurants would serve noodle soup in, something at least double the size of my cats face. I wanted a big bowl because I have two cats and I wanted something big and solid with a heavy base so the cats wont tip it over. My one cat also likes to wash her face sometimes, so I wanted a kitty sink. The bowl turned out to be about the same diameter as my cats regular food bowls. There is a marking inside the bowl for up to 300ml. 300ml is slightly over a cup! The photos by other reviewers and the stock photo are misleading because they are all taken with smaller kittens less than one year old. Compared to my 3 year old cats (who weight 11 and 15 pounds) and their current food bowls, this bowl is too tiny for water! The raised portion of the bowl adds like an inch, doesnt really do much. Overall the bowl is sturdy and looks well made, but I cant believe I paid $17 for this. It looks like something I would eat rice (Im Asian) in and a designer bowl of this size from a hipster store like Anthropologie only costs $14.

> 24 hourI have no idea what sets this bowl apart from other water bowls for my cats, but clearly there is some magic voodoo baked into the ceramic because my cat who literally never drank water before drinks out of this one. Before, I needed to add water into her kibble and wet food to ensure that she got enough water daily. I no longer need to supplement her water because she willingly drinks out of this one. I will be purchasing a second one because my cat has been so obsessed with this bowl that shes even gotten territorial over water when before she wouldnt give her water bowl a second glance.

> 24 hourOne of my cats likes to drink water on the bathroom countertop so instead of drinking water out of a plastic cup, I got this water bowl and he loves it. The bowl is easy to clean and I wash it by hand. Great product that looks pretty too.

> 24 hourNice deep, sturdy bowl with good height. One thing they could improve on is the non-slip base. It’s a slip-on silicone ring that can be difficult to reinstall after washing the bowl. The best anti-slip base we’ve seen on another bowl we own is a bead of silicone applied directly to the base ring that is permanently stuck to it.

> 24 hourWe bought one of these for upstairs because our boy has got some arthritis and he doesnt move as well as he used to. We would see him laying next to his water bowl and pull it towards him instead of go to it. This is still not quite tall enough for him, but its made a world of a difference. And the black measurements on the inside dont really do much for us in terms of keeping track of water, but it helps him because I think he has trouble with the depth perception so we used to find spilled water from him nudging the bowl trying to find there the water line is. Also, this is a raised bowl that he cant flip. Usually anything raised off the ground, he will flip it over. Its been a year and he hasnt done that once with this, so its been a worthwhile investment.

> 24 hourThis is a Wonderful water bowl for cats!! Its great for my 18 year old in the first picture, so she doesnt have to bend over very far to drink, which makes it so much more comfortable for her to get a drink of water due to the nice height of the bowl. And the ceramic material must be high quality because my other girl in the other two pictures will ONLY drink water Fresh from the faucet!!! Until now!! Now she drinks from this bowl, which is such a relief since I like to go camping on the weekends and was concerned she wasnt getting enough to drink because I wasnt home to turn on the faucet for her. Now I know shes getting enough water, since she likes drinking from this bowl!! Thank you for making a great quality product!! And my kitties thank you too!!

> 24 hourMy cat loves this water bowl. I replaced his stainless steel water dish, which was on the floor, with this nice raised bowl and right away he went to check it out and have a nice long drink. It seems to be a better height for him to drink, and also keeps the dust on the floor out of his bowl, aside from being rather stylish to look at. Plus it wont start to rust like the steel bowls did after a few years. I think the water must taste better out of this than steel (well, its true for people, anyway). It is also easy to keep clean. My cat does get canned food and thats where most of his liquids come from, but I always provide clean fresh water, especially on hot days. This bowl makes it easier to keep water fresh and clean, and also seems to appeal to my kitty much more than the steel bowl on the floor. Another thing is that the bowl has measurements printed on the inside, which is helpful to monitor your cats water intake, especially if a cat is unwell and you arent sure they are hydrated sufficiently. Overall a very nice water bowl and well worth paying a little extra over plain stainless steel, because it encourages my kitty to drink plenty of water!
