Easy to use

No complaints. Good value for 8 ports. Works well with my MoCa adapter which is used exclusively with my media products with ethernet. So the ethernet signal from my MoCa is ported to my Netgear switch and that provides excellent ethernet connectivity to my streaming device, TV, Bluray player, etc.

Very upset I paid extra for the managed version then find out I ALSO have to pay a monthly subscription fee or it turns my switch into an unmanaged version.

Handles residential load very well

Plugged it in and havent had to touch it since.

Almost immediately started having connectivity issues/dead ports.

I had to expand the wired home network, replaced a GS105 with a GS308.
