Perfect as advertised

This Smart Switch is simply bad and Netgear customer service is horrible, if not non existent. The item arrived all scuffed up, tape residue on it and damaged like it was 5 years old. The smart features require you to make a netgear account to have access to them. When I went to make an account it told me this switch is registered to someone else. So after 8-9 emails to netgear I only got one response from them saying the switch is registered already to someone else. Rest of my emails have been ignored by netgear and this item is essentially a door stopper now. Netgear customer service is disappointing, in comparison to other network item manufacturers. If you have a problem you are on your own.

Everything I needed. There is an app that allows you to actually configure the device by phone. Very easy to setup. Turned my one RJ45 wall jack into 7 usable ports to increase ethernet connectivity since I dont like using wireless for my office gear.
