> 3 dayi like how it has a metal shell and mounting hardware with the pack but i wish you got other mounting alternatives i dont want to screw in to anything to mount it so i got velcro would also help to get a paper guide to custom configuration instead of having to get it off the suite but over all its a great managed switch for the money.... im using it for my home and office setup do to the fact i use my home for work and pleasure / entertainment so when im working my grand kids can play their games on the internet and i can do my work and the other half can watch her shows or movies

> 3 dayIf you get in a fight, this is the type of box you wish you have with you - it is solid metal. NetGear is a well known brand thats been there for ages, and I like it. One issue/concern I have is that the blinking lights are where the cables are plugged in, it seems they consider that to be the FRONT of the box unlike many others with the plugs at the back and the lights in the front for visual indication.

> 3 dayNice sturdy unit, wall mount or desk top, compact and works fantastic as expected from a Netgear product. I Also purchased a 16 port and I’m happy with that as well.

Greater than one weekMounted this on the wall and ran my cables from my router to all the different rooms in my house. Very easy to use as you just snap in each cable to the slots. I have not noticed any loss of signal strength using this. I really liked that it was just plug and use without having to run any setup.

> 3 dayLike the title says, you don’t need to be a rocket scientist or IT engineer to install this for your home network. Really nice and sleek design.

> 3 dayI cant even say you get what you pay for, because this thing basically doesnt work. Prior to this upgrade I was using an 8 yr old router that cost $60 back in 2020. The old router gets me wired speeds upwards of 65mbps. This new piece of junk barely gets me over 1.5mbps. THIS IS TOTAL GARBAGE, just spend like $60 and get a wifi router with multiple ports.
