Such is the case with this switch and several other Netgear switches and other Netgear products over the years. Never a need to call Customer Support or Tech Support! Netgear products just work as described.

The device was a simple plug and play. No programing needed.

Helped me add more direct connection ports to my router from different rooms in my house instead of wifi.

This switch works great, is very affordable and very easy to install. The only warning I have for this product is not to use a Dell Docking station with it as it will cause everything else on the switch not to work.

I got this to run some more hard wired networked devices in my home. I have had zero issues with this device since I installed it and it has worked just as I needed. Highly recommend if you need some extra networking ports.
