Norton 360 Premium 2023, Antivirus software for 10 Devices with Auto Renewal - Includes VPN, PC Cloud Backup & Dark Web Monitoring [Key card]

If you like norton antivirus...it is a great deal for upto 10 devices. I think the android version is a waste of phone power and dont recommend installing. On a mac it doesnt seem to be too good either so...if you have multiple windows PC it works for low price. Mark your calendar with year from activation of the first installation #1 license because you will be charge a renewal price that is astronomic for the 10 user license over $200. You have to contact norton to get renewal charge refunded, then search for a good deal to get next years licenses and do install all over again. Instead of norton giving you a great deal to remain a customer.

On the first computer, Android phone & Android Tablet, it was easy to install after removing my Expired versions of older Norton Security. They do NOT make it clear you should Uninstall any older Norton Security apps. For some reason, it was much more difficult to remove Norton Security and Norton Scan with the built Uninstall buttons that came with those older versions. Had to get latest version of NRnR to Remove from the 1st & 2nd PC. Not a quick or smooth process. New Install on other devices was done using the Add a Device email invitation process for all devices after the 1st PC. Found out the next day, that even though the software is on all 6 of our devices, only 4 successfully registered on our new Norton 360 subscription. Waited on the phone for 24 minutes on one call then gave up. Waited 15 minutes for a live chat, then got someone who didnt understand what I was clearly saying in English. Then got transferred to another Tech support Chat with a waiting line of 5-9 minutes. 35 minutes for nothing. Gave up on that too. If you want Norton Tech support, you have to be willing to wait online or on the phone for more than a few minutes. The software does work well but hoping I have no other Tech support needs. Do not expect to talk quickly to Tech support person in the US.

Been using Norton for 20+ years.. never had an issue

I grew up using Norton and it really helped protect me against viruses all over the internet. Once I started using a Mac, I gave up on firewall protection. But thank goodness for this product. I didnt even know they made this product for Macs, but they do now! I purchased the key card and its such a great deal. I can protect up to 10 devices so I made sure to stop by my parents house and updated their firewall as well. If you get lucky like I did, you can buy this product at such a great price and share with all the people you know who are too lazy to protect their computers... Dont be one of those people. The user interface was easy to use and a huge improvement from how I remembered it. Norton definitely makes it easy for everyone to perform a scan and remove harmful things!

There are many brands of antivirus/security programs on the market but none have been around as long as Norton’s. I have use them all and I still run two more security programs at least once a month to be sure nothing is on my devices. The only one I keep running 24/7 is Norton’s 360 Premium. Also now own by LifeLock which is a top notch service. If you subscribe to LikeLock you get Norton’s for free. Otherwise this subscription is the best on the market covering ten devices including smart phones and pads. Outstanding for desktops and laptops. Does not huge memory or slow your computer. Runs lightning fast in computers with the newest chips. Protects you on the browser, too. Can be a password manager on your laptop. Runs in the background but encourage full scans at least once a month (I do weekly). Tech support is great. The first time you create an account at their website which allows you to easily download the program to any device and keeps track of which devices you are using. Also gives you reports on overall security. Easy to install and even uninstall if the need arises. The program is updated several times a day. If you leave your device running, will do automatically. Lots of notifications but not ads! The cost of this subscription is the lowest anywhere and is a bargain. This is my number one security program for over 20 years and I have tried them all or still use a few of them as a double check especially for malware and other unusual program flaws which can put you at risk. Avoid all software programs made in Russia or China. Just US made programs. This program is all you need to protect your devices and data. Do backup your data monthly. Can use a cloud service but I still backup to a hard drive monthly.

Constant adds for more of there products. Thats a big NO i will not be renewing

Now, when you try to renew your current version of Norton 360 with the latest Key Code by entering it in the Norton App, the Key Code is marked as not supported. You either have to logon to Norton and enter the Key Code and then download and reinstall (on 10 devices if you have a license for 10) or contact Support by chat and they will merge the new Key Code into the exiting Norton 360 Active Key Code to active all the associated devices. This is a REAL PAIN. I spent several hours trying to get this all worked out. I have been using Norton for more then a decade, but now considering other options.

First - Nortons the best - always has been, I also use Malwarebytes and together they havent missed a thing for many, many years. Now... The claim is that you have to use a valid credit card to activate this and then you can go in and easily deactivate auto-renew. I tried using a Visa gift card - even one with a valid address and they wont accept those so had to use a real one. I dont want auto-renew as I dont want to pay 5 times the price one year from now - if this wasnt a scam then they would not be forcing it upon us. Now comes that easy part where you deactivate auto-renew right away - not gonna happen. The belief is youll just give up and forget about it and get slammed one year from now at a much higher price than you just finished paying today. Who knows, maybe in a year youll actually think, oh, that was nice of them and oh so easy, I didnt have to do anything accept pay a huge bill Stay the course - dont give up, after about 3 on line help sessions those elusive buttons that simply didnt seem to work will be activated for you by someone in India whos never heard of this before - trust me, this is the only thing these fellows have ever heard of. Ill be reading many reviews next year of other anti-virus software if this insane thing is still being force fed by Norton as, in my opinion, this is just about as bad as the viruses you bought it to protect you from.

Well all I can say is I hope I can get my money back. After about 20 mins on my cell phone I was able to get someone on the web to to let me know. That u won’t get billed for it which wasn’t my first question. It was once I got on there web site there was no “premium 360 to choose when I had to pick. So they put me on Hold for just a minute or 2. Then some one else go on and asked me again what my problem was that I already purchased it and had a key number. After they couldn’t understand how it was already paid for but after I told them I purchased it from amazon she said hold on a minute so while I was holding on I was transferred to another screen which was a syntax screen then I lost the connection. Went home and got onto my chrome book and triied to get back on but I wasn’t getting anywhere so I made the mistake of chosen a phone call for help. After a few minutes of having to complete some forms of. What my problem was it gave somethings to try which I already did and I might add the reason I wanted to talk to some one I was to avoid getting the run around and still have to get on the phone l have a hard time typing because my hands start cramping up and I never was much good at typing and being an old timer I wasn’t about to start learning to. When I could only get a phone number. But not to be deterred I kept plugging along. And filled out another info sheet so they could direct me to the rt number I was finally given it. Then I called the “ 800 “ u I know that right number to callNumber and get a person who could barely speak comprehensible English . Well u get the picture. So after an hr the final answer is I cannot install it on my system. That was after I had t keep asking him to let me finish what I was saying and constantly asking him to please repeat himself over and over and over again .so I started to install this a little after 9 last nite and when I.finally called it quits it was 10: 20 pm. Gone to keep McAfee I gave McAfee , my credit card and my choice and imagine that poof there was my system all ready to go. Now I know why McAfee has 80 percent of the fortune one hundred companies. Maybe there not bilingual either.

I use it on my Windows PCs, and it does a decent job. Buy on Black Friday at Amazon: Price at twenty bucks here is ten bucks better than the best price the manufacturer can offer on renewal. And disable auto-renewal on the manufacturer portal 1 month before renewal for best deals from them. But doing so might stop some premium utilities from working.
