I agree with Sleepeasy! I print a lot of labels and on this print artist program there is no print button on the print preview to print right from there after you designate which row and label you want to start with. No matter what you do it reverts back to the original. Also the program stops working a lot so if you haven’t saved your project you will have to do it all over. !! Very annoying!

My aunt was looking for something to replace her PrintShop Deluxe shes been using for years. PrintShop stopped supporting her version and the new version got horrible reviews. We looked around and saw this had good reviews, but now we realized those were for previous versions. No intuitive. Difficult to get the size of cards selected. Frustrating! Had to copy the card she made into the smaller format that she wanted. This morning I was helping her copy her second card and the software crashed after every step. Rebooted the computer 5 times to do the copying. Couldnt even print out the card after all the time to copy and paste. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Confirms developers must be pouring money into app development.

This software is appropriate for Windows 10 via the internet link download. I could not download the disc.

I never got a chance to even see what this product was like because I couldnt install it. Once the disc was loaded, I was presented with a registration form asking for product name and serial number. I couldnt get past this screen without an entry. It asked what version this was (22, 25), etc, but there was no indication of it on the disc or the package. There was no indication, as well, of the serial number, so I couldnt install it. Forget about support, because there was no number to call. Novas Knowledge Base asked for version number, which I couldnt provide. There is no telephone or even chat available, so forget about support. I certainly would not consider other Nova products.

Only partially worked on Windows 10 and caused problems resulting in a hard drive crash of a computer less than a year old.

I was hoping for a more professional package with strong templates for flyers and eblasts - nothing like that here, more a hobby approach.

I needed to replace my old Hallmark software because it isnt compatible with Win 8, so I purchased PAP 25 as it offered more bang for the buck. IMHO, it is no better, and no worse, than other software in this category. It is my experience that these amateur desktop publishing programs ALL run slow, and using them is a pain as they reach have their little quirks. I havent found one yet that is user friendly, or has an intuitive interface. The bottom line is that PAP 25 is an okay program, but there is room for a lot of improvement. Maybe someday a bright software engineer will develop a better publishing program.

The CD wouldnt auto run, so I did have to email tech support. I had to download it from the website.

I did not realize it doesnt have sentiments with it, would never have bought it if I had known, very disappointed
