10-06-2025First, it did not come on the delivery date. I downloaded from the disk asked foe the key code and it would nt install , I kept getting that I had to be online(I WAS), then I tried to go to the download site and cant find it. I tried to get support and they told Me to send it back. Now I have to drive 78 miles to ups to send it back. NO SUPPORT at all. Not going to send it back as it will cost more to drop it at ups. Another piece of trash for the dump.

> 3 dayI have tried numerous times to download this, but it will not go through. I called my computer man and he is going to have to come and try himself - so this is becoming expensive and all I wanted to do was to upgrade. I am hoping hell be able to get this installed.

Greater than one weekIt wont install because there is a virus attached to the disc and when I try to download it I get the same message of a win32 virus attached.

> 3 dayI am sure it has some good features but I am sorry it did not meet my expectations. I have worked with several types of this software and have always found Print Shop to be the best. I should I have purchased it again this time, but I didnt.

> 3 daySoftware performs quite well once the learning stage has been passed. Graphic libraries slow to load even on the quad-core processor I am using. I have used other print project software before and so far it is on a par with them for fit and usability.

> 3 dayI should start this by saying that my computer skills are pretty basic. I had been using Coral Printhouse for 20+ years which obviously over time I became well familiar with and could use if for many small projects. Sadly it died a death a couple of weeks ago. I gulped when I priced a replacement programme and while looking through Amazon products I saw Print Artist Platinum 25 and read the positive reviiews. It arrived promptly and I am coming to grips with al that it can do. I probably have a steep learning curve ahead but am optimistic that once I grasp all it can do I will be very happy. I could probably be considered one of the silversurfer.
