More complicated than the old Microsoft Picture-it.

Even though i followed the instructions to the letter i could not get to read the user manual. Nor was it on the disc - anywhere. Im not an IT expert but nor am i totally dense. Another problem was the Tutorial. What tutorial? The button does not function. At first i thought it was because i hadnt registered the software. So I registered - it didnt make any difference. It simply doesnt work. Really disappointed. Dont expect these type of problems nowadays with technology being so advanced. Returned for a refund. Would not trust this company again. Once bitten......

This software is a lot of fun and can help those of us who are not so creatively blessed to make beautiful cards, posters, photo albums, and so on. I love the versatility. Ive been using versions of this software for about 20 years and have always liked it better than Print Shop and Adobe.

Every good except takes a long time ti review & find card front pages ,no way to select specific headings directly ie. 18th birthdays! I.h.

Print artist freezes and the company will not help me

I tried to install but Windows Security (Defender) found suspicious files and would not allow me install. I tried several times, even running as administrator. Emails to support went un-answered.

The application is too complicated, and doesnt recognize previous file formate

Very detailed application. Once you get familiar with you do very creative work.
