Nova Development US, Print Artist Platinum 25

This Print artist was my 5th purchase. I love this program so much and everybody loves the cards I make. However, this has stopped working. I purchased it on June 28, 2016 (1 item). As long as I dont try to add a photo or anything else to it, it works fine. When I try to add a photo, the program shuts down. I have uninstalled it three times and reinstalled it three times. Nothing helps. I have tried other card making software but this is the best one.

Ive used other Print Artist applications for many years. I build home computers for a hobby! I had to get this application since I upgraded to Windows 10 with my newest computer and my older versions wound not work on this(Windows 10) operating system. So, Im not a newbie. I wanted to print some labels using this application. The application shows that I can specify which row and column I can start printing labels in. When I tried to do that(use row 5 instead of row 1), the application defaulted back to row 1!!! No matter what I did, how I tried to have Print Artist Platinum 25 print what I wanted, where I wanted, It wouldnt let me. And is there someplace I can go on the net for help answers...Im still looking. If you want a program that does what it says itll allow you to do, it DOESNT seem that this is the one. Sorry, Print Artist Platinum 25...

I had to return this item. Didnt realize how old it was and that it wouldnt work properly with the newest versions of Windows.

The CD wouldnt auto run, so I did have to email tech support. I had to download it from the website.

I bought this program because my old Print Shop would not work on Windows 8.1. This DOES WORK on W 8.1 so I am pleased about that. Having had the previous experience, Print Artist has not been too difficult to control and create what I need. Lots of graphics, fonts and project choices.

Excellent Easy to use

Dissapointed that I could not use it on windows 10. It would not install at all

I should start this by saying that my computer skills are pretty basic. I had been using Coral Printhouse for 20+ years which obviously over time I became well familiar with and could use if for many small projects. Sadly it died a death a couple of weeks ago. I gulped when I priced a replacement programme and while looking through Amazon products I saw Print Artist Platinum 25 and read the positive reviiews. It arrived promptly and I am coming to grips with al that it can do. I probably have a steep learning curve ahead but am optimistic that once I grasp all it can do I will be very happy. I could probably be considered one of the silversurfer.

Not easy to use at all. Took me a little over 2 hours just to do address labels. Not easy to learn. Wasnt worth the money I spent
