It is the worse, takes over an hour to load on computer and Im using Window 10

Plenty of great features however I found the Help section to be inadequate. Provides good discriptions of features but not always good instruction for use.. My current windows operating system is not compatable with my Print Shop discs so decided to try Print Artist. The jury is still out as to which product is my preference.

Not as user friendly as I would have expected. Once I figured out how to use the program and was working on a project for several hours... for no apparent reason I was kicked out of it and lost all my work! Never used it again. Wasted my money!

Very bad. I have been using Print Master Deluxe, and loved it. So far I cant get it make a simple business card. If I could take it back, I would. No or, Lousy instructions.

Need to create a birthday card, flyer, invitation? This program makes it easy and attractive. Lots of templates, graphics and ideas.

On Win 10. Designing features seem to work, but it does not connect to printers - ANY printers! There is NO tutorial or help available. I did contact the company and for $10. you can talk to someone who may or may not fix the problem with the brand new software. Terrible customer service!

Even though i followed the instructions to the letter i could not get to read the user manual. Nor was it on the disc - anywhere. Im not an IT expert but nor am i totally dense. Another problem was the Tutorial. What tutorial? The button does not function. At first i thought it was because i hadnt registered the software. So I registered - it didnt make any difference. It simply doesnt work. Really disappointed. Dont expect these type of problems nowadays with technology being so advanced. Returned for a refund. Would not trust this company again. Once bitten......

Very disappointed in product. Very limited capability and choices of art work.
