Nova Development US, Print Artist Platinum 25

used product for year, just switched to windows 10

I have used an older version of Print Artist for years and have enjoyed using it with the many fonts and other options.

lm using Windows 7 64-bit and this program just would not work. I could be in the middle of a project and would get the message Print Artist has encountered a problem and must shut down. I was unable to finish even one attempted project. I did get so far as to have a shipping label designed, and was attempting to print and got the message again. Ive been using card programs and designing since the early 80s, and have yet to use a program with this many problems. Possibly it was just the disc I received, however I dont think so. I would very much appreciate the company advising me if they think this may be the case.

It crashed when I was installing it and once installed crashed all the time. Could not complete any project with out it crashing. I have Win 10. Earlier versions worked good but not this one. :=(

This version is nothing close to the previous version. The software company changed the UI and called it version 25. It does not remember the custom layout and setups. The whole compressed download file of the Platinum version is approx. 137MB. The compressed file of the cheaper version Print Artist signs, posters... is 256MB and it is not a platinum version. I have contacted Cust Service and Hopefully I will hear from that. I have used Print Artist since version 3 and this is the first I have been disappointed with version 25.

Difficult to use. I made a card and the program kept erasing it when I tried to print it.

I bought this about 8 months ago. At first, it was OK but I would not have given it more than a 3 star rating because the card selection isnt all the easy to filter and I was disappointed that there were no cards that included main characters that kids like - you know the kind, those they relate to in cartoons and such.

I bought this program because it had the capability of making booklets. It worked fine on my first project. On the second project, I was almost finished and it suddenly sent a message that there was a problem and the program needed to close. When it closed, it took all of the text from the entire project with it, even though I had saved after every page. This was about 12 hours worth of work!! I started the project over again, and about halfway through, blip! Text GONE again! Five more hours of work wasted. Sorry I bought this product for sure.

It is a very user friendly software with lots of great things to use and to make.
