Nova Development US, Print Artist Platinum 25

I inadvertently install on my PC that has Windows 7 and the App is compatible only with Windows 10. I emailed their company but never got a response. I asked if I can uninstall and reinstall on my new PC but no support received.

This program works great with windows 10.

I am highly disappointed with this product. I havent found any new features from the previous version except that it works with Windows 10. So I basically bought a product that I already own because Nova wouldnt update the previous version to work with newer computers. It has all the same clip art, design templates, & graphics but theyre harder to access and take longer to load now that you cant save them to your computer.

I love the ease in use. Many templates for lots of uses. A wide variety of graphics.

Some features could be added more along the word processing line such as find/replace. Other than that it serves the purpose.

Wish there was an angry emoji button, doesnt deserve any stars!!! I really enjoyed using the all in one Print Artist that allowed you to download graphics to the computer or import from other sites. This is all in one, let me finish one project, got it printed on 1 card then only saved half the project when I closed it. Upon reopening to finish printing, I discovered it hadnt save it and thought, oh well, Ill just recreate the rest. That was all well and good until I tried to save it and it crashed. I recreated it again and tried to save it again and again it crashed. I uninstalled it, re-installed it and tried again to recreate it. It let me finish but again crashed when I tried to save it. Called the number listed to contact and was told since it was a technical issue to call a different number. I called the number, got a rude man that chose not to listen and asked what the problem was and I repeated the problem. He said so how would you like to pay for your assistance today? I was stunned. The program has the potential to be great but obviously they have incorporated a glitch to make more money off the customer by requiring payment to fix something that should work perfectly without customer assistance. Will never purchase a product from Nova Development again.

When I tried to load this, windows decided irt was a virus or unwanted app and woouldnt let me run it.

Easy to use,work great!!!

Although it says you get free support that is only by e-mail. They take on the average of 5 days to respond back to you and it is always a one line answer to where you have e-mail them another question. The program doesnt work all the way. There are some spots that dont work as they say. If you want phone support, you must pay for it. Horrible customer service!!!
