Not very mush help on the instructions and not very versitle with the things you can actually do with it. Hard to get around the layout. I would not recommend this product. Ther are much better programs out there.

I just bought a new computer with Windows 11 and my old Print Artist worked on Windows 10 but not 11 so I bought this. I struggled to get it to work because the new version wont load its images vs. my firewall. I had two antivirus programs in effect and didnt turn off one till tech support and a friend told me to do so. Then it installed rapidly.

I have used this some, I really like it, has a lot of things to create. Works well with windows 8.

No more All Graphics In The Box... You now have to be connected to the Internet to get any pre-made projects and any graphics. This All Included In The Box was a major advantage that Print Artist had, so much so that they advertised it that way - No More! Also no more Printed manual. Looks like they are taking the direction that The Print Shop and Print Master did many many years prior. To bad really, home publishing programs are past there prime, glory days long gone.. Ill just stick with my trusty Sierra Print Artist 8/15 and Greeting Card Factory 6 & Corel Print house 6. Just like Broderbund, Nova Development is not the same producer of print programs that they once where..

P-A Platinum is a good program. Disappointed there was no printed manual as when last I bought. Difficult to locate things and hard to build various scale documents when always having to switch screens. Charge extra and offer manual. I for one would be happy

I inadvertently install on my PC that has Windows 7 and the App is compatible only with Windows 10. I emailed their company but never got a response. I asked if I can uninstall and reinstall on my new PC but no support received.
