> 3 dayI bought these because I was tired of how sensitive dimmed LEDs are in my house and I thought it might be fun to throw in some color. Pros: 1. These do not flicker or loose their brightness when your AC comes on or other common power fluctuations. 2. You can dial-in color temperatures. Very attractive lights. 3. Easy to install and setup the bridge with new lights. Cons: 1. The app is clunky, sometimes buggy. 2. The lights dont dim as low as other lights Ive had. 3. Expensive Other: Google assistant integration is not well documented and doesnt work great. This is not

> 3 dayI bought three of these lights with the hue controller to give my outdoor porch some holiday/ seasonal color. Had it for almost a year and like the ease of controlling them. They are in conditions of extreme humidity on a hot summer nights to the frigid winter cold. Working like a champ,

> 3 dayPhilips improved on what was already a good product by giving this version a much wider range of colors. I installed these two outside (under an awning) and I find it really pleasing to have them slowly cycle through a couple of color cycles. One of them has different shades and intensities of blue, and looks very undersea, another cycles through yellows and reds giving the impression of a long-lasting sunset. The only reason I cant quite bring myself to give them five stars is the cost. These are beautiful, but putting together enough of them to make for a pleasing arrangement is a pretty costly undertaking.

> 3 dayThese lights work great. It is so cool to be able to change the colors. I have these lights above my fireplace. My husband did not like the original lights we had he complained they were to bright and so he would bring in a lamp from another room to dim it. Now that we have these lights he can stop moving the lamp around. We are able to dim the lights to the temperature we want or even have left or just right on. We dont change the color that much because it can be a little taxing on the eyes while watching tv but the option is there and we like to play around with it sometimes. All in all great lights pricey but great. They work easy set up like all other hue lights. I have had no problems in them responding in the app or via Alexa

Greater than one weekBulbs get too hot and will not turn off. The funnier part is that when that happens the bulb is still within the listed operating temperature of the bulb. Philips needs the house rewired to work with them, but then you have to ship them back to get any service. Dont buy these bulbs unless you plan on spending days on hold without your bulbs working.

> 3 dayI use this in my office and had hoped to use with Amazon Alexa, but curiously - its not dimmable. So, if the switch somehow slides to dim mode - it starts flashing like an eastern european disco and not in a good way.

> 3 dayMy husband thought I was silly for wanting these bulbs for our living room. Now he tinkers with the color schemes more than I do! Super easy to set up. Weve had them installed for about a month now and have had no connection issues. We use Alexa to turn the lights on and off, change the brightness, etc. During the day the color doesnt make much difference but at night its fun to change up.
