Greater than one weekGet the 2nd Generation instead. These 3rd generation bulbs make a lot of buzzing noise PLUS they will NOT work properly if you have a dimmer switch. As in they will act up and will blink frenetically during any given time, every day when hooked up to a dimmer switch. Yes, I know you are not supposed to use the dimmer on the switch as you can use the HUE app which is how they should be dimmed, however, these will not work properly with a dimmer switch at any given position of the wall dimmer. The 2nd Generation has NO issues with dimmer switches and NO buzzing noise. Returning them back to Amazon and ordering more of the 2nd Generation instead.

> 3 dayGorgeous colors. With the right apps the lights will change color to the beat of music and provide immersive ambiance to whatever you’re watching on TV

Greater than one weekThese are a bit pricey, but they are a cool addition to your house. I have mine paired with the Amazon echo so that I can change colors without loading the phone app. If you do pair with amazon echo, look up how to do it on google. It took a while to get them properly paired, but well worth it.

> 3 dayI have these in a few rooms in my house and on my carport. I love easily being able to change colors for seasonal holidays, and that they give me a good way to customize lights on the same circuit.

> 3 dayThese are good bulbs for decorations and fancy coloring but if you want them for main lighting in the kitchen they are not bright enough. Not even close. Mounted in 10ft ceiling cans these are closer to a night light than working light. The one I have is 650 lumens. I know. Not very high but I expected much more with it set to Daylight. I may try and find a use for it as the bulb is good quality and color functions are excellent. This leaves me with having to find a good bright BR30 for my main recessed lights. *sigh*

> 3 dayThe products are fine as of lights; however, the repeated Updates repeatedly break any and all integration, the repeated having to re-name the lights in the app, in google home etc. and the excessive SCENES for every room showing up as an object creating 40 bulbs into 200 objects within smart home integraiton apps is ridiculous. Furthermore when the lights fail the Customer Service from Hue draws out any warranty for months on end. I have 3 lights (out of 40) that failed (they repeatedly turn on, and will never turn off) in one of the most common failures (youtube full of videos). There is a 2 year warranty, maybe if they draw out the conversation longer than 2 years they can deny the warranty claim? I have been back and forth via email for 3 months with them. I have 45+ lights and they wont warranty 3.. Update: After 31 emails and 3 months, I received 3 replacement bulbs for those that were under warranty. Unfortunately someone at HUE has come up with the bright idea that Quality Control Rejects are suited for Warranty Rejects. The bulbs molding was damaged or discolored. Way to go Hue.
