Unable to connect, Directions very unclear and useless.

Very nice lights..I outfitted my town house with these light in all the rooms...Using Amazon Alexa with Hue you can use voice commands...The light are bright and colorful ..I swear buy Philips Hue stuff..

I assumed when i searched hue br 30 I would get the most recent bulb, but i was wrong. and when i tried to return the bulb i was charged for return shipping. deeply disappointing experience.

I am amazed by the colors you can get with Hues lights. This BR30 bulb is for ceiling canned lights. I did not have to replace my dimmer for these bulbs. You can dim them on your app or by using Alexa. You could adjust the lights to any type of color and any type of white. They are expensive but totally worth it. Also the hue system is easy to set up and whether your using the app on your phone or Alexa it is a great addition to your smart home

The Item title is a bold faced lie. They overheat and turn back on by themselves - because you can’t use your bulbs in any sort of enclosed or semi-enclosed fixture. Im super disappointed in these lights. My other Hue bulbs (A19 bulbs) have no issues. These lights, when on for a while, turn back on almost immediately after I turn them off. The App shows them turn back on, and I can repeatedly turn them off via Alexa or the Hue app and they just come back on. I have to kill power to the units, thus defeating the purpose of smart bulbs. If I werent past my replacement window (and have hue strips installed in my counters), Id sadly ship all of my Hue bulbs back and pick another vendor. Do not buy these for Ceiling / Kitchen installations, you will regret it.

I love these bulbs. I plan on ordering 2 more very soon. I dont have motion sensors but thats okay. I change the colors to match the seasons.

My husband and friends are blown away that I can change the light colors for the seasonal parties. So Am I. I thought it would be cheezey but they are very cool compatible with Siri and Alexa

Could have more lumens.

Not worth the price.
