The instructions are very basic with virtually no tips. A nice tip would have been to place the cable drop somewhere in the back half of your play space not the center because the suspension system will pull the headset forward if you stand directly beneeth or behind it. Its annoying to use on the ground because the spring tension is to high when extended that far. I dont feel like I got a better quality system than something for $20 or less.

I dont have a lot of space for VR. So when I say this thing is amazing I mean it keeps it just over my head and out of reach its not like my cable cant get tangled but its a lot easier to move and crouch plus is nearly silent when you are doing so.

Took a flier on this product, to see if it would work with EV cable storage. Works great and better than I expected for that application. Needed to double up the last point where the plug of the EV charger was as the retract tension was a little to light to pull up the Plug end. Stores it nicely along the ceiling rather than lying on the floor.

I followed the instructions included as well as several youtubers and it works great! I used the hooks in a basement ceiling, screwing them into wood and had zero issues.

This cable management solution is the best that you can get without paying a lot for wireless adapters. I have had a fantastic time using this and can spin 360 degrees with no cables getting in my way! It is very easy to set up and is well worth the low price. It comes with screws and adhesives. I chose to use the adhesives on my wood ceiling and it sticks perfectly and is very quick to set up.

Ive been doing VR for about a year. One thing I always hated about stand up games like Onward, Half Life Alyx is that you get tangled up so easily just after a couple turns. This completely fixes that. This is a essential item. I cannot recommend this enough! Alright, so for those of us with textured ceilings. You can either use the mounts and J-Hooks or there is another solution not involving them. You can use the sticky pads that it comes with. However, you will need a heat gun or a hair dryer. This will help it conform into the texture on your ceiling. Ive had it setup for a full day and put a few hours into VR and they seem pretty well stuck on.

This is just awesome. I was so annoyed with my cable and worried about how Id solve this problem considering I had a fan in the middle of my office. Of course the fan is right where I want to play.. I installed this system to the side of my fan and it allows me to stand under it where I prefer with absolutely no problems. I can walk around, turn 360, duck to the ground, etc. and the cable is never in my way.. This product is an absolute must for any VR player using a wired set. Just get it, you will not be disappointed.

Great for keeping the cord off the floor

Okay this is a game changer! I play a lot of Beat Saber and VRChat and I was always getting tripped up or tangled by my Indexs cords. Now thats not an issue and the pulleys are quiet! It feels smooth when moving and I dont really notice the pulleys are even there most of the time. I also ended up in the hospital with my arm in a sling cuz I was so excited to put this up, I didnt take any breaks and just used a power drill for 30 minutes non stop. So...maybe dont do that!

Great! These work just as they were made for. The ceiling hooks they came with mounted to my ceiling solidly, and setting them up was easy as well. There are many combinations of setups you can try as well, and each one has its weakness or benefit. These roll in and out almost in complete silence. It does not however stop kinking unless you give the cable slack somehow. I managed to set up with these to allow it still. Overall I havent had to worry about tripping over my cable again and its been a pleasant experience using these. Would recommend. If you are looking for a good set
