> 3 dayI would have given it 5 stars, but it came with one of the reels missing. In the end I was only going to use 5, so I didnt bother trying to get this fixed. It would have been nice to have one as backup, but whatever. For VR these are now essential to me now.

> 3 dayI love these for getting the cable out of the way when gaming. BUT there is one small issue. The tension is too tight and i feel too much resistance on the headset. This is particularly annoying for games that are immersive and require alot of crouching and dodging. I have not tried the triangle type setup yet just to be clear but I dont see it helping much. To the creators: I recommend that you add a tension adjustment like some competitors have. I bought these for the quality of design and would not have batted an eye to pay 10 or 15 more for that feature.

Greater than one weekUltra quiet easy to use. The only thing I would have wish it included was an ability to increase or decrease how strong the cable retraction was. Other than that it is perfect. Yes I know you can increase the length of the cable extension. But I feel it would have been easier to just increase or decrease the tension on the spring.

> 3 dayHave a Quest 2 that we connect to our PC to play games. These work great for keeping the cord away from our feet. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the items. They feel tough and not cheap, the came pull down is smooth, also has adjustments for how high you would like the cable to hang from the ceiling. Came with all needed hardware to mount them to the ceiling including allen wrench for adjusting pull down high adjustment. They are a must have for anyone using a VR cable setup.

Greater than one weekI had previously bought the $20 VR Cable Management from KIWI, and Im replacing them for multiple reasons, which the pro version has improvements for: The wire - steel vs dyneema: The pro version has a dyneema wire, which is stronger than steel, more flexible, cannot rust, cannot weaken from bending, cannot weaken from twisting. These are all problems that I experienced with the thin steel wire, which broke after 150-200 hours of use, and Im confident the dyneema will handle constant movement and bending far better than steel. The cable holder - silicone strap vs rubber o-ring: The pro version has a plastic cable holder with a silicone strap to buckle the cable in. On the standard version, they give you a rubber o-ring, which you wrap around your cable, and attach to a tiny metal clip with sharp edges. The metal clip wears into the o-rings and causes them to break. On the pro version, the silicone strap is far thicker than the o-ring, and is held straight by the plastic buckle, so it cannot twist or wear down. The wall attachment is identical to the standard version, which is fine. It worked well for me in the past, and I dont mind that nothing changed. Though the standard version also used the metal clips and o-ring to attach to the wall. The pro version has a silicone loop built into the reels, which again, is much better because the o-rings can break. The overall construction is also much nicer. The reel is a custom plastic mold for the brand with a higher quality plastic, as opposed to the standard version, which looks and feels like a generic part, made with cheap materials. The higher quality materials do make the pro version quieter than the standard version, but I would not call it silent. There is still the sound of the the reel (think of how a retractable badge, or key holder sounds). I look forward to using the pro version of this product for a long time, and I would recommend anyone considering the standard version to upgrade. The standard version will work ok, but it will wear down after a while.

> 3 dayThey work great, perform as advertised, and keep my chord out of my way. I cant drill holes in my apartment, so Im using the sticky pads. I actually have one of them on the blinds of my window to get the chord above the floor, and three attached to the blades of a ceiling fan. When I move and need to take them down, I should be able to do it with a hair dryer to warm up the glue enough to pull them down without damaging anything. Its very strong adhesive, not gorilla glue or anything, but they wont come off easily once set. They arent going to pull my fan down or disrupt it. Putting the thing in reverse mode so it pulls air instead of blowing it will put more downward force on the fan than these things generate while in use, and they are easily unhooked. I cant use the fan anyway when playing VR as I risk putting my hands into them and breaking my controllers. Its barely low enough to allow that to happen if Im aiming close to straight up, which I occasionally do in some games. The stickers are large is, at a couple of inches square, but not nearly enough weight to unbalance the fan, and the hooks that the pulleys attach to dont cause any problems. I think perhaps people complaining about too much pull arent using enough of them. The more you use, the more the weight is distributed, and the less pull there is. I generally use four at a time, which is enough to support the weight of my Index cable. I also recommend not putting them on as tight as they will go on, as I think that is what is damaging some peoples cables. I use the second slot so they can slide a little. It still holds the cable in place while in use, but I can push them to where I want them if I want to adjust something. I generally dont feel them until I bend or crouch down, and even then barely. Certainly not enough to displace the HMD. I was using a couple of jerry rigged dog collars before I got these and they were way worse. This works as a solution to getting your VR cabling off the floor and out of your play area. Its not perfect, the only perfect solution would be wireless, but for PC VR for high end PC VR that doesnt have a wireless solution yet, these do the job. Recommended.

> 3 dayDefinitely keeps the cable out of the way and it quiet which I guess is good, but my biggest gripe is there is too much tension. A Couple steps and I spend the next 5 seconds re-adjusting my headset. Very immersion breaking. Ive tried a ton of setups and none of them really help with the tugging. Which brings me to my next point the adhesive. Its really good, too good. If you ever need to move them, plan on refinishing the wall or ceiling as it takes the paint, putty and dry wall with it. I now have three pulleys that no longer have adhesive left and ugly messed up squares on my ceiling that need fixing. Overall Its better than having the tripping hazard but Im also still not all that happy.

> 3 dayHigh quality product might be a little bit too sticky as if you have to move one due to misplacement it will rip the pain off the ceiling but dont have to worry about them coming off the ceiling while gaming

> 3 dayI love the system, these are quiet as heck and there are more than enough pulleys in the setup that needed. I use this with a Vive and it handles the cable beautifully. I have not rated the adhesive pads because, I didnt use the provided hooks since Im a renter. I use the command hook system and yes its a textured roof and they have been mounted for over three months. I play No Mans Sky (in a swivel chair), beat saber, bone works, and Alyx to name a few games. All I can say is that you dont even hear the pulleys and the have enough resistance to keep the cable up but not pull on your noggin. For those worried about pulling paint or putting holes in the ceiling, look into the 3M 17065CLR-6ES style hooks.
