These worked so good that we scavenged 2 of them to use on our 3D printer to hold wiring at the right tension as it moved and then ordered another set. They are super quiet and have the right amount resistance that it does not ruin your VR experience. Like I said, we have bought 2 sets of them because we loved them so much.

Genuinely an excellent product. In terms of install, very easy and the only took you need is provided (little hex key). I used the sticky ceiling mounts and theyre very sturdy. Always great to avoid drilling holes. This product makes me wonder how I ever used a wired headset without it. Aside from removing the wire as a tripping hazard, it allows me to hardly notice the cable at all. Couldnt be more pleased and Ill be recommending this product to any of my friends playing PCVR games

These things are amazing! Just the right amount of pull to keep the cables out of the way without impacting your experience. You can really just get into the game and forget youre tethered to your computer in anyway. The suggested set-up is great and all, but honestly the individual units work so well that you probably dont even need to use the multi-unit end-point. Unless you have a larger space, which would likely help there!

I was surprised by how much I like this kit. When properly set up, it suspends the cable out of the way while allowing a large range of movement. You can feel it tugging at you slightly as you get further away from the starting position, but in my opinion it’s much less irritating than dealing with a cable on the floor. In order to keep the installation reversible, I attached the adhesive hook pads to the ceiling using gaff tape instead of the built-in adhesive. It seems to be holding up well, but I do unhook the pulleys when I’m not using my headset so it isn’t under constant load. I’m sure you could assemble something similar piece by piece for a lot less money, but that would take a lot of effort and this is a very convenient, comprehensive package (well, except for the optional gaff tape, haha).

These are great. Keeps the cable off the ground and more out of the way. Only way they could be any better is if they were just a little weaker cause it does pull a little more on the cable than I would like, but honestly is probably still less wear than me stepping on or tripping over it. Oh I used the hooks so I don’t know how well those will work but the anchors and hooks hold well.

If you are looking for something as a starter into this whole VR Pulley system, you can purchase this until you get something better. I say this because while it is good for its price, there are quite some downsides to this. For instance, the adhesive clips that go on your ceiling will end up leaving a mark once you remove it (you are better off drilling up there or using 3M command strips instead). Like most people said, it also feels like you are tugging with the wire as you play in VR, so it doesnt give that freedom feeling to it. The tugging tends to ruin the experience. Although I was happy with my purchase at the time because I no longer step on my headsets cable anymore.

Overall Id say its a great product, definitely an improvement over having all your wires go to your feet. Takes some time to set it up for good comfort - having to compromise between having extra loose cable hang down and have it get in the way of your hands, or have the wires basically glued to the ceiling and have a bit less freedom of motion. Also, what I found to be better if you have your PC in front of you, is to guide the wires around so the cables leaving the HMD are going up and behind you a bit (so the centre of the triple hook setup is behind you); I experienced less HMD tug where it would almost rip the headset off my head (exaggeration, it would just move it off-centre and the view would thus get blurry and youd have to readjust). Thankfully they include lots of those sticky hooks, so I managed to use two as wire guides on the wall, three for the triple hook thing, and three extra to completely redo the triple hook thing since the first time it turned out too bunched up and too forward. The only real negative I have is how tight the pulleys are; I wish they were tight enough to be able to hold their shape and maybe 50g extra for wire tension, and thats it - my play space is quite small, maybe around 2mx1.5mx2m (WxDxH) and on the edges, or when I get down, the headset gets pulled back way too much where it just breaks the immersion. Especially if you dont have much slack in the cables and two pulleys have to start unwinding, so its double the force you have to combat. Not unusable, but if youre like me and dont like to tighten the HMD until you lose blood circulation, it does get a tad annoying having to pull your headset down to eye-level after crouching. Great for seated VR as well, and if you have a spinning chair - all the wires go up instead of getting tangled on the wheels!

This is a great product and does everything youll need for a cord hassle free vr play. I just wish I realized the adhesive pads will most certainly ruin your paint when taking them off but it also come with screw in hooks so just use them if you want an easier time removing them. I would still recommend this product.

This is an amazing and cheap product. Ive messed around with wireless adapters but theres always issues with heavy batteries, disconnects, extreme expense, etc. This product is amazing though. It only took me about 5 minutes to set up and after playing with the length of the cable, I can barely feel any sort of tug unless I get right to the edge of my play area. Flat ceilings work best but theres a solution for popcorn ceilings as well. Theres no way I can go back or even consider a $300 adapter after trying this.

After having watched some YouTubers recommend switching to a pulley system when using a wired VR headset, I ordered a set of these. They work great and the quality of the items included have not disappointed me. This system helps make cable drag nearly non existent while also keeping both me and the cable safe from damage.
