> 24 hourPrinter works great and very easy to use for beginners. I had no issues for about 5 months and then I had a printer head problem, I contacted qidi and they sent a new printer head right away and fee of charge. Qidi has excellent customer service.

> 24 hourThis printer produced excellent results for PLA, ABS and PETG right out of the box. It takesa bit of tinkering with settings and parameters to get good results with the high temp materials (Nylon, CF, etc). Honestly the most impressive thing about the printer is the incredible technical support you get with QIDI Tech. Any issues I experienced they resolved almost immediately. You can feel confident that if you buy this printer they will help you get the most out of it!

> 24 hourI have to start out by saying my printer has a active heated chamber so the one part that got damaged was probably from trying to run it at 90c inside and it was only a ribbon. Other than that this printer has been nothing but easy going. It does take a little to get used to the manual bed leveling but its not half as bad if you print the dial indicator holder to use for leveling. The hotend and bed heat up fairly quick about the same as my ender 3v2. I cant say Ive been able to print at anything higher than 60mms for pla but I rarely use that on this printer, majority of my prints are nylon and asa and with the heated chamber I have never gotten a print to lift of the print sheet that it comes with( and that flexible print bed thing is perfect the black side with regular Elmers glue on it is worth its weight in gold). I have printed almost the entire area you can with both materials and comes out good or at least for what I need them to look like since strength is more important to me. Now the only hang ups I have about this printer is the hotend/extruder and software I really wish they were open source or at least be able to get a better combo hotend/extruder and be able to ad more things in the software like auto bed leveling and being able to run my chamber heaters and such, and the standard replacement parts are a little pricey ( like when my dumb a$$ burnt my board it was 150 for a new one and I only paid 250 for it on OfferUp) . There are upgrades to both they are just limited to I think 2 or 3 different types and I have hooked up my raspberry pie to it just to see what I could do but Im not the best when it comes to those. And I cant forget there customer service is very good always willing to help no matter what and trust me I bugged them a lot with every question you can think of. Oh and another weird thing is I noticed that some material run better on qidi print slicer and some are better on cura I dont know if thats just my printer or if everyone has that going on. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a enclosed printer that you can add heaters to( after the warranty runs out) and doesnt want to do a bunch of assembly and work to get it going.

> 24 hourBy far the most frustrating printer I have used. This piece of crap today clogs either after EVERY SINGLE PRINT or in the middle of prints! Totally a pile of crap printer. They totally ruined it with the II version. I thought I was getting the x plus. This one SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS

> 24 hourI love their machines. They are ready to use straight out of the box. When I do have an issue with one of my printers, their customer service is the best! They send videos to show you how to fix things, if you do not know how to. I would highly recommend this company.

> 24 hourAs far as print quality goes, its fantastic. Printed a 50mm calibration cube, measured +.01mm on each side, within margin of error for my cheap caliper. (Printed in PETG). When I messed up and started a new print with a finished print on the build plate, causing the print head to hit it and making the belt slip, the people in tech support sent me a video on how to recalibrate and now it prints good as new. Also, this was my first 3d printer and I was up and running that day, as far as I can tell it was very intuitive.

> 24 hourVery good 3d printer. I have used it to pribt tpu and carbon fiber filaments. Max temperature is 300. Ive only needed to go up to 265. It has a steel nozzle, so high yemos and carbon fiber are no problem. Doesnt get hot enough for PEEK, but honestly... Im more into using 3d printing to make molds for the laying of continuous carbin fiber. Making frames or molds and laying strands or sheet will result in a much stronger end result. Great accuracy and beautiful prints. Highly recommended. A++++

> 24 hourYes, there is quite a bit of time difference between southwest Texas and China, but as soon as they get into work, while we are going to bed, they will respond. It takes time to get the product from China to Texas, but not as much as you would think. I started with the X-Pro, then got another X-Pro and finally I have the X-Plus in the next few months I will be buying an X-Max. They are patient when trying to figure out what us noobs are trying to tell them is wrong. If they cant get it verbally we use videos and photos to try and work it out. If all else fails we start talking replacements. Truly they are gems to work with compared to other companies. If you are hesitating, start with one of their smaller machines but dont be surprised when you end up going to a bigger one soon after. My husband and I are Egg Art Artist as well as a few other talents, the eggs above have been enhanced with 3D products. We created the star base hanger, the flames and lighted base and also the little alien ship parts. While many use their printers for bigger stuff we tend to do miniatures for our egg art. The X-Plus was up and running within a half hour of un-boxing.

> 24 hourThis is the best 3D printer I own. It has been printing non-stop for two months now. The build is solid. It heats up fast. It is very quiet. The slicer is easy to use. The print quality is excellent. The flexible print bed works very well. The auto-off when the print is finished feature is nice. Wi-Fi print is handy.
