Greater than one weekThe Qidi X-Plus 3d printer is well worth the money. This machine does it all, and for the money, cant be beat. As a beginner to the 3d printing world, I wanted a machine that was fairly intuitive to operate. This printer does not disappoint. I had a few minor configuration issues that I had to request assistance from tech support for. They were very prompt, friendly, and helped solve all the minor issues I had. I would recommend this printer to anyone just getting into 3d printing, or is an expert. It has something for every level of user.

Greater than one weekThe machine is easy to set up and even easier to use. It took me a while to figure out which 3D drawing program I wanted to use (Fusion 360 it is!). Once I got this done.... Printing with this machine is (I think) as easy as it gets. Last week I received a filament runout sensor. I needed some info from the manufacturer. They were very fast, friendly and very helpful. Ive printed some brackets, buttons and some samples. Most of the products come out pretty nicely. Carbon fiber needs a little more knowledge and experience. The rest is easy. Taking care of the filament is probably one of the most important things to do. It can produce pretty large pieces. If you get this one.... You should be OK!

> 3 dayI had zero 3D printing knowledge and I was up and running with this printer in about 2 hours. When the nozzle jammed after about a month of use, the support team sent me a video on how to fix the problem with the included spare parts, and even sent me two extra nozzles on top of that!

> 3 dayIm a beginner but wanted to find something that would allow me to learn and grow and so far, I am very happy with the Qidi X-Plus. It looks good, was easy enough to set up and arrived leveled enough to start making accurate prints (I have leveled it since, which is really not that hard). the videos on their site show how to set up pretty well, and the customer service, although out of the country, seems to be a lot more responsive than most American businesses I work with.

03-06-2025Ive been 3d printing for 4 years now. I have never been more pleased or more satisfied with a printer. Its R.E.L.I.A.B.L.E. (periods drawn for effect, because its one of the primary features I love about it). Double Z Axis bed, top down printing, well machined parts, And customer service like you wouldnt believe! This all adds up into a machine that printed level and with NO ECHOING through several moves (around my house) and through at least once I turned it upside-down on purpose. I have only leveled this bed 3 times, because the manufacturing is will made enough to keep the level I give it. As a small disclaimer, Ive only owned one other printer before this one... But I loved that one, so I wasnt immediately sure when switching from a Monoprice i3v2 (Wanhao Duplicator clone) to this one. I am so happy I invested into this printer

06-06-2025This printer is excellent. The build and design of the product are great and thanks to its direct drive extruder and precise movement, the print quality is superb with no stringing or over/under extrusion. The software is a modified version of Cura, so you have a ton of flexibility with printing and materials you use, but if you dont delve into the deeper settings, the default settings and the basic configuration presented to you work great for standard materials. Tech support is excellent; I accidentally pinched and broke a lead from the heating cartridge on the included high temperature extruder assembly and tech support sent me a new hot end assembly and 2 heating cartridges free of charge via express DHL. Its hard to complain about anything here.

> 3 dayWe purchased this for my school during the COVID pandemic. We first used it to print masks, mask straps, and other things for the medical community. After students returned to in person instruction, they used this printer regularly. Every print has been clean and quick. I have been amazed at how well this printer has worked. Then a problem developed. We are not sure why but something happened during an over-night print. The PLA came loose from the build plate and filled up the cavities around the extruder. We were concerned about the carriage that held the extruder, so we reached out to customer support. Absolutely amazing! I would give them more stars if I could! They helped get the carriage replaced and then helped us work through ensuring proper leveling and positioning of everything. They even followed up with me well after the problem was resolved!
