> 3 dayFirst off tech support is amazing very knowledgeable and friendly. Ive had very little issues with it in the year and a half ive owned it its very easy to work on and the programing is very informative, quality and craftsmanship is pretty amazing I do recommend upgrading to the glass bed makes things so much easier to clean and print quality improves with less messing with the settings. So far Im very happy with my purchase

Greater than one weekReally well made 3-D printer. A little heavy to lift, you will need 2 people to lift it. But it works great so far, actually better than I expected

> 3 dayThis is an amazing printer that works straight out of the box. We only did fast leveling and havent done any configuration changes since except upgrading the firmware. We primarily print small models with tight tolerance in PLA, ABS and nylon with perfect results. In fact, it is so good we also ordered a X-MAX. Highly recommended.

> 3 daySo far, I am very, very happy with this printer. The print quality has been excellent. The machine is very easy to use. So far, I have had zero problems. Customer service was very quick to respond and I recieved the upgraded extruder within a few days (coming from the other side of the world!). I also own a monoprice maker select, and this machine is at least 1,000x better. Im not sure that I could be any happier with this printer right now. I will buy from this company again. Although no fault of the company, amazon definitely sent me one that had previously been opened. Like another reviewer said, there was dog hair in it. Some of the zip ties had also been removed.

> 3 dayGreat printer for learning 3D printing. First print turned out very good. Easy setup and interface. All problems encountered were associated with the files I downloaded from the internet. Good files:Good prints. I’m 75 first time with 3D. Highly recommend this printer.

> 3 daythis is my first printer and the excitement to jump in is palpable. Unfotunately I have been having a rough start. I was able to print a few small items, but then i tried to print somthing a little more aggressive and from that point on my problems increase. my initial layer setting has been the bane of every print forward. I reached out to customer support who has been very attentive and helpful. They respond quick within 10 hours of me sending my email. I have tried every suggestion they have gave me and nothing has worked. I tried to do a normal level instead of the fast level. I tried to set the z axis offset. I also used alcohol to clean the pei board. the filament just will not stick. unless i use a glue stick which they told me i should not need to use with pla filament. It just wont stick. Ive heard great things about this printer and honestly I am a little surprised I have been having so much trouble. I was asked to give a 5 star review and at first I did, but every time i try to go back and print something, anything; it just wont stick. So I am rewriting my review to reflect the truth of my experience. should things change then i will change it. I am seriously debating on returning it and getting a different printer. extremely frustrated right now.

> 3 dayThe prints the setup is easy and comes out grate. However the only issue i have so far is the plastic cover in the front and overhead. You see if you spill something on it like food or something greasy and you try and clean it off with a cloth or rag it will scratch the plastic making the window look like a nintendo DS screen after babysitting 9 kids. My case was just finger smudges. I do not know what type of plastic they use but it reacts to tap water making it smell like Its burning. Edit: After talking with linda at qidi she managed to get all issues worked out and it works perfectly.

> 3 dayIf you are looking for a great printer that does not take up to much space, prints fast, and has great quality this is it. I have had this printer for a little less than 6 months and I am truly blown away by this machine, this is my first printers which I know most will say buy a cheaper one to get use to it or buy one you have to put together for the true feel. I have a daughter and this machine being able to print OUT OF THE BOX is amazing within 20 minutes I was printing my first pieces after bed leveling which is EASY. The print quality is damn near perfect to my expectations I will post pictures with it. I have had 2 issues so far one was just a update sent down from customer service after I sent them an email at 11pm at night, they responded same day with the solution within an hour which was great and a stepper motor that just went out and warrantied by them. I am looking forward to continue to work with this printer and possibly buy another one. Well worth the money if you are looking to jump in and get printing right away.

> 3 dayI got this machine about 5 months ago, it has been a workaholic since then. Ive printed with pla, tpu, pla+ and abs so far. Only issue I had was with pla+. I messaged qidi customer service about it. They had me send them a link to the filiment I purchased, then had me send them the file I wanted to print. They then sent me back the specs they used to get the filament to print. That is sublime customer service, in my opinion. The longest print i printed was 2 days and 17 hours, the machine handled it perfectly.

> 3 dayFor a complete newbie to 3d Printing, this was as easy as unbox, plug in, and start printing (which is very unlike most other printers i have read). From the first print to the most recent its never failed a print and delivers excellent results right out of the box. I am still using my free filiment roll but have printed dozens of things already. I paid extra to not have to modify parts and spend a lot of time troubleshooting like others do with cheaper printers and it was totally worth it. cant wait to try out some more advanced materials and prings.
