> 3 dayThis printer worked great right out of the box after leveling. Probably about 30 prints in not really any issues. I had one issue with clogging but I ran a needle through the hot end and now she prints just fine. Great printer.

> 3 dayIve been 3D printing for years, and decided to get a new printer that would not require a ton of hacks and upgrades just to get a simple print. I had quite a list of desired features that I wanted in a new printer, and the Qidi Tech X-Plus checked off more boxes than any other printer. In doing my research, I found many positive reviews from owners of the X-Plus and other closely related Qidi Tech 3D printers. There were also many reviews that mentioned the outstanding and quick after sales support team. I felt confident in making this purchase, and after some time, and many prints, Im glad I did. Ive printed many PLA, and TPU prints with no issues. I havent tried any high temp filaments yet, although this printer is capable of using a variety of them, and even included an entire new extruder that can be swapped in for high temp or exotic filaments. I have emailed the support team, (for a general question, not an issue) and the were quick to respond and provided the exact information I was looking for. In addition, they actually sent a follow up message to make sure the info I received was what I was looking for. Ive not experienced that with most products when it comes to support after the sale. I would recommend this printer to anyone looking for a no hassle 3D printer that wants quality results, and confidence that there is a responsive support team available should you need it.

> 3 dayI purchased the Qidi X-Plus approximately 7 weeks ago directly from Qidi. The product arrived in less than a week (as promised) and I was printing the very first evening. I am a 74 year old, complete novice to 3D printing and the Qidi support team very quickly and effectively walked me through early setting issues based on my questions and photos of both successful and unsuccessful prints. Along the way, we did encounter a problem with a defective extruder which the Qidi folks diagnosed and sent a replacement within 3 days. I now have approximately 200 hours of use on the printer and am very satisfied with every aspect of the equipment and the support has been far and away the best I have ever experienced with any product.

> 3 dayWhen searching for a 3d printer, I wanted a printer with minimal assembly and easy calibration. In short, I wanted something as close to plug-and-play as possible. After owning this printer for two months, I can say I made a great decision. What I love: >Solid construction – The engineering of this printer is wonderful! o Nice size print bed o Removable magnetic print surface for easy removal of your print o Not overly loud o Simple leveling o Included high temperature extruder >Great documentation o Print materials and video tutorials. Everything is there to get you started and support typical maintenance tasks. >Excellent customer support o The online reviews are accurate. I made a rookie mistake and attempted a complex print. I didn’t have my temperatures correct and the print failed to adhere to the print bed. When I came back to check my print, I found a spiderweb of PLA and the nozzle couldn’t be removed from the hot end. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded with recommendations. In the end, I required a new hot end. They sent it to me free of charge even though it was my mistake. Wow!!! They really do have a customer first approach. >And most importantly, the X-Plus delivers great quality prints. Without any hesitation, I recommend this printer.

> 3 dayThe print Quality is perfect. No issues at all. I have used different filament and I have no issues. Best 3D Printer ever. The customer service is top notch. Sophia in customer service was very helpful in answering my questions about the printer. Absolutely A+ on all levels. I had an issue with another manufacturer’s filament and Sophia responded promptly with a solution. This 3D printer is the best investment.

> 3 dayI had absolutely no experience 3D printing but wanted to buy a 3D printer with future proof capabilities. Out of the box this thing has been fantastic. The standard settings in the QIDI slicer have produced perfect prints with PLA (i havent played with PETG or ABS yet, thats next). Their tech support is also very friendly and responsive to questions. Ive been printing almost continuously for 2 months, and havent had any issues, but did contact them for general preventative maintenance questions.

> 3 dayIve had the printer for over a year and never had any issues with it. It survived 6 months of 24/7 runtime as well as off an on for the first 6 months ive had it. I use this printer for prototyping items to make. Ive had to contact support once due to needing a 2nd opinion on a clogging issue I had. Their support was quick to get back to me and tried to help solve the issue even though my warranty was up. It was found that I had a bad role of PLA that was not exactly 1.75mm and was causing the issue. Ive made hundreds of items with the printer and all of it came out fantastic. Having the wifi print ability is such a ease of use. I had an ender 3 pro and wanhao duplicator i3 both of which dont have wifi print which makes printing on them a pain, cause each time you want to edit one little detail, you have to mess with the sd card...back and forth....back and forth. Wifi printing for any 3d printer should be a must and im glad to say the qidi comes with it. The qidi slicer works just fine, Ive only once had to use something else because I had to split some models but thats not really a normal thing. I did find that they hide the Tree Support option in advance/expert settings which I dont agree with. Otherwise thats my only con with the slicer. If your looking for a simple out of box printer with great detail, ease of use and great support, buy it.

> 3 dayI use this printer several times a week for work and run mostly filled nylons. The hardware is absolutely fantastic value for the price. The only quirks are proprietary print head design and control board, but everything works fantastic out of the box. Mine was missing the high temp extruder, so I contacted Linda in customer service and she responded quickly by shipping one to me within a couple days. Bed leveling is manual but easy on this machine and I really like the double sided flexible build trays.

> 3 dayThe printer is easy to set-up and operate. Dimension quality is excellent. Haven’t tried printing high temp materials yet but can say PLA prints excellent. Tested 1/2, 1, and 2 inch samples of PLA for dimensions. All were within 0.003 inch. Very good....
