The plastic wrap for the packaging was slightly damaged in some small areas, but everything else was almost like brand new. The SSD works, and it reads/writes crazy fast!

Replaced my WD Black NVME 3.0 and replaced it with this one and downloaded windows and it worked perfect for a week or 2 . I Had issues with heat and booting into windows . Slapped my old NVMe Back in and it worked . The issue was with this Sabrent stick so I called customer service here in states , they never answered my calls like 5 times left a message went in their customer help line and left a message and received help via email , rep emailed me in how to set up my nvme In Bios lmao and how to download their software app . I gave up . Dont get me wrong I think this is a super product to purchase but their customer service is really bad and their website to download specific driver for your NVMe model is bad . You shouldn’t have any issues with their products I just think I had a defected NVMe . I had to power erase the NVMe M.2 and manually search for the right driver to download for this specific model myself and fixed the issue myself after hours of researching on the websites. Sabrent your products are a bit expensive for having bad customer service . Won’t be purchasing this product again

I built my PC back in late February, and for that time this SSD was really good. Fastest boot times Ive ever had in a computer, great game load times, It performed super well all around. Then in late october, my PC randomly blue screened and turned off. When I tried to turn it back on, it would not boot. Then I got an error saying the boot drive cannot be found. After troubleshooting, I determined the SSD was dead. I then contacted Sabrent Support, which responded to me after 2 days, which isnt bad. However, Sabrents support website and service is straight up awful, and my first response from support asked me to turn the PC on and download Rocket Control Panel, which I obviously couldnt do because the SSD was dead. I replied to the email, and didnt receive a response for another 3 days. Finally, I get a response from support asking me to follow up on the initial response, warning the case will be automatically closed. Wondering what was going on, I replied again, and 2 days later I got enough response saying they are closing the ticket because they couldnt get in touch with me. This is when I realized that in order to contact Sabrent, I would have to make a new ticket EVERY SINGLE TIME I replied to an email because their website doesnt have a reply feature either! I probably made like 7 new support tickets. On the bright side, I did get a replacement SSD which arrived in December, a little over a month later. Since december it has been working, though I bought a Samsung 970 Pro to replace it as my boot drive since I wasnt waiting for a month to use my PC, so it is now my gaming drive mainly. I talked to a few people who had a similar experience as me, so it seems that its somewhat common. I cant recommend this SSD because of this, please take your money elsewhere, as I feel like Sabrent has some sort of QC issues.

I heard a lot about this NVMe before I got it. It definitely did not disappoint. I now have 5 of them in total. 3 in one PC and 2 in another. Its very fast, the temps are good. And the price is awesome. Ever since I got my First Sabrent NVMe drive, Ive been recommending them ever since. There are a couple faster drives but you really arent gonna notice a difference so why pay more? I already load everything and write files crazy fast. I am forever a Sabrent fan now.

I decided to buy this to replace my SATA OS drive with this NVMe. After cloning the drive, my system now boots completely within 40 seconds. Previously, it was taking up to 5-6 minutes to completely boot up. This thing is amazing and definitely worth it.

Easy installation, fast, stable. Using it for the OS drive.

So far Ive got 4 of these, all 4 the 1tb version, 2 of them with the cooler and 2 of them without. The with are being used in my main workstation as a main and backup OS drive, and have performed splendidly for the past couple of years. The other 2 I recently got for tiering for my NAS--which were installed on a PCIE card with an integrated cooler so didnt need the cooling unit. So far they are working well in that role. The drive has been robust and aside from the occasional hiccups from poorly optimized resource-hog games (which might not even be this drives fault), they have ran like a champ. I would highly recommend.

Product sold as new and came in sealed plastic wrap. Upon opening the box, wear and damage on the sticker clearly showed someone tampered the drive. There are wear on the pins that indicates the drive has been used before. The serial number on the back of the drive does not match the serial number listed on the package. There are so many signs that showed someone is doing shady business. Whether it is from sabrent or the seller Store4Memory, I dont know. Be careful of the product you receive. Carefully inspect it before even testing it out on your computer. Its unacceptable in so many levels and I asked for a exchange right away. We will see how the second round goes. Update: the new drive came in and looked brand new without any issue. I raised the rating from 1 star to 4 star. Amazons policy is the silver lining here. I installed system and did benchmark on the SSD which performed as claimed by Sabrent. Im satisfied with the product now.

Purchased September 2020, This drive worked like a dream when I first got it. Read/write speeds through the roof, and starting up the computer was as fast as waking my old computer from sleep. However, at the beginning of this month (April 2023), it catastrophically failed. Blue screen of death, and BIOS doesn’t even show the drive anymore. It looks like I might’ve gotten a faulty one.. conveniently failing outside of the manufacturer’s warranty. Don’t know how I’m going to recover my stuff from it. It works great at first, but I don’t know that I’d recommend it.
