> 24 hourThe monitor is nice, everything youd expect, however it showed up with a dead pixel close to the center of the screen.

> 24 hourI spent a lot of time looking at monitors and after owning a few various IPS monitors, I made the switch to this VA panel, figuring it would be sufficient for my needs. While I can understand how this is quite a beaut for looking, it lacks horribly when in motion (i.e. for a FPS). The smearing is worse than a 3-year-old painting class. I figured it would be ideal for my needs due to work from home but due to some involvement with coding, I am required to read a lot and look at things on the fly. This monitor doesnt fit the bill for my needs on this either. I can agree this thing rocks in its own right, it doesnt fit my needs for a nearly $400.00 monitor. I game on all kinds of games from FPS to MMOs and will be switching to a similarly priced monitor that IS indeed an IPS. Beware of the blur, be sure to check into VA Panels, IPS, TN, etc, and understand the Pros and Cons before committing!

> 24 hourBought by my son. He absolutely LOVES this monitor. Says there’s definitely a difference in gaming clarity. And the price was reasonable.

> 24 hourThis monitor was a good choice for me because I use it mostly for gaming and it is in a good price range between capable and reasonably priced. The packaging was nice, the monitor looks amazing, and the picture quality for what I paid for is amazing. This monitor has a good picture quality for 1440p, so make sure to remember it is not a 4k monitor so it wont have a lot of depth if thats what youre looking for. I got it up to 144 hertz and it is really smooth and responsive, and the features that it comes with such as FreeSync support and G-SYNC compatibility have worked very well and they have been very helpful to me. Note to others users if you are thinking of purchasing this: to get the full capability of this monitor buy a display port cable and a nice one. I got a display port cable that was capable of handling 144 hertz at 1440p because they only ship it with a stock HDMI cable. Overall a good monitor with a comfortable curve angle, a high refresh rate, and decent picture quality for a pretty decent price. No regrets with my purchase here, but make sure you familiarize yourself with the stats of this monitor before buying it and do some research to make sure it is what you need.

> 24 hourI replaced my G5 Odyssey 49 mini wide screen, with first just the 49 gaming screen (sent back) and now with this. The difference in the picture quality and other features is why I cannot give 5 stars. This is good, not great. No real color definition, but something I have gotten used to by using Samsung monitors. 163hrz is nice but not like the 240. The price difference is clearly why the two are different. So, for the price of this 34 wide screen, it is good.

> 24 hourThis is my 2nd G5 monitor, I bought this to use it with another 27 G5. At the very begining the 1000R may be too strong for you but give it a shot, you will get used to it in a few days. In comparison, the Picture Quality of the 27 is slighly better than the 32 model idk why, but you may notice the color scheme kinda different in the photo, both have the same specs, brightness, contrasts, cable etc, the 32 model has a weird but sutil green tone, that cant be fixed in the settings, even if trying to calibrate colors in the RGB section. I managed to calibrate it pretty similar to the colors that I had in the 27 model, but they are not the same, and thats annoying. Another glicht I found was while using Display Port cable, the Low Input Lag function was not available in 144Hz, but I figured out that if you switch to a HDMI cable, it works then you can downgrade the refresh rate to 120Hz, and enable the Low Input Lag, then change the refresh rate to 144Hz and use the DP cable and you r good to go! Another tip that might solve any ghosting issues while gaming is to setup the Gaming Response Time Mode to Fastest

> 24 hourI really enjoy the monitor itself, however the manufactures made big mistake with original stand is glaring. Along with the purchase of this monitor I also bought a swing arm mount to use instead on the original stand. I first assembled the monitor and validated that it was working. See that everything was working i removed the original stem and legs and I then mounted it on the new swing arm.. At this point the monitor would no longer turn on. I contacted vendor support via chat to troubleshoot (which was limited to the basics of is it plugged in, didnt you use the right button, etc..) After unsuccessful chat, I requested an exchanged, which Amazon getting high marks for. Upon reciept of replacement, to my surprise, this one doesnt come on either. I decided too try a hunch and was amazed and dishearten to find that the original stands stem has to be attached!!! This is total nonsense!! Its looks like crap! I had expected more from Samsung!

> 24 hourHad the monitor for 9 months before the the screen started delaminating from the bezel at Top Center. I registered my monitor on Samsungs website to find out I had 20 days left on a one year warranty. After jumping though many hoops I spoke to a rep and had a repair ticket in. They game me a label to ship the monitor to a repair center. It took them about 2 days to replace the screen and sent the monitor back. Upon return, I did a dead pixel check and found 2 dead pixels with the new screen. Unfortunate but what can you do : / On the bright side I cannot really see them unless I look for them. Other than these issues the monitor has been great.

> 24 hourThe G5 gaming monitor has been a game changer for me. I play COD and I SIM Race. I used to wander who was shooting me from across the map wandering how they could see me and I couldnt see them. Welll, they must have one of these monitors as well because the clarity and colors are so great I can now see them from across the map and my game play has improved just because of this monitor. I know other things like GPUs go into the quality of the picture but just upgrading the monitor alone has been a God send. The sale price was awesome and put this monitor into my pay range, so thanks for that. I havent had any issues with it what so ever. Love it!!
