This SSD is light and compact. I have yet to check its speed against what had been advertised, but its as fast as I need it to be.

The cloning and installation was a breeze. I used a USB adapter, downloaded the Samsung software and it found the right drives all I had to do was click the start button and install the drive when cloning was done. This drive is super fast (over 500Mbps read and write) and gave new life to my 7 year old computer. The only problem was the instructions gave an old address to download the software. I looked up the new one on a search engine.

Im in the computer repair business and we have weeded out most other ssd manufacturers. Samsung is the only brand(of SSD) we dont get back in to our shop for failures. ever since adata among other brands have failed and let me its been Samsung ever since.

Worked for a week, now says no serial number and completely dead. Past 30 days on Amazon and no information on how to return it.

The price is good. Ive installed these in many pc and havent had any issues. Ive never run any tests for the read/write speed. Im just a regular user and this is good enough for me.
