As usual with Samsung SSD, high quality, well built.

I got this to upgrade the storage in my original model PS4 that was slow and out of space for digital games purchased through the Playstation Store. I was able to physically swap this into the console in place of the original HDD and reload system firmware in less than an hour. The actual install of the SSD takes roughly 5-10 mins with nothing more than a small Phillips head screwdriver. The rest of the time is waiting for the OS to reinstall. This is noticeably faster than the old HDD, though not by a jaw-dropping amount. For example, a digital copy of Far Cry 5 installed on the SSD loaded my save file in about 30% less time than the same game running on the old HDD. It is also much quieter due to not having moving parts, which is nice too. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Amazing speed and quick install but be prepared to get an adapter if replacing a 3.5 inch drive although, frankly, double-sided tape may serve just as well. Buy in confidence.

I really like the products read and write speed for what it is. Works like a charm. Had some trouble getting my PNY drive to play nice with it as far as recognizing its also a connected drive but I managed to make it work.

HD went out due to a fatal windows error and I needed a replacement quick, fast and in a hurry and I got exactly what I needed. As soon as I hooked it up and got windows back installed everything is working perfectly. Was a bit worried since i dont like going inside my PC and unhooking stuff unless I absolutely have to but to was so easy to install and i was able to switch the drives out within a few minutes.

Replaced a 1TB 5400 RPM HDD with this one. Cracking open the laptop was the hard part. After re-imaging using Macrium Reflect with external attachment, installation was a snap. Booted up without issues and FAST! Boot up on HDD took a couple of minutes. Boot up on SDD took a few seconds. Amazing. I did not use the SAMSUNG Data Migration tool. Nothing wrong with it, I just felt more comfortable using Macrium Reflect restore from an Image feature better.
