Easy to install. Had a problem with my Mac needing a replacement drive control cable - a common problem with 2013 MacBook Pro. Wouldn’t read the drive . Replaced it and worked like a charm. New life for an old computer. Super fast.

Bought this for my xbox and have not regretted it. It has worked amazingly. It has cut my load time in half on most games. Its a must for those long load screens.

I’ve bought over 400 Samsung drives over the last 6 years to use as upgrades for my customers Microsoft and Mac OS computers as well as in our custom build, I’ve only had 2 replacement in that time. I don’t buy any other brand because of that low failure rate.

Good product. Used Samsung data transfer program and had it all done in under 30 minutes! Seems like a good quality ssd. Only 4 stars because they didnt include a sata cable for the price.

OK, The Samsung SSD itself is Blazing fast, however, that is only part of The Experience. The small box arrived with the SSD and a tiny insert stating Go to the website for Doc and Utilities (in 9 languages). I went there (the first of two provided links did NOT take me to the appropriate page, the 2nd one did. (FWIW Im an IT guy, and know well, how important documentation and instructions are). I downloaded the 2 software packages and associated Doc PDFs.

I needed to upgrade my hard drive on my old MacBook Pro, and was convinced by a fellow geek to splurge on an SSD, a Samsung SSD, THIS Samsung SSD to be specific.

Great drive but dont bother with the Samsung cloning software if you are running Windows-7. It wont work. Use something else like EaseUS ToDo System backup to clone your old hard drive.
