As soon as this SSD and a fresh copy of OS installed my old Mac just got faster, will buy again

Bought a refurb laptop, a DELL PRECISION M6800 - LOVE LOVE LOVE this beast of a laptop. Came with a Transcend SSD720 hard drive. Well had a little issue running a program and it took the hard drive down and would no longer recognize the hard drive.

The best drive (turned my ThinkPad with a 500gv momentus hybrid ssdh hard drive from 2012 faster that many of.the other computer i see new. It boots so with in 12 seconds and by the time input in the pin all the apps are loaded and icons loaded on the task bar. My photoshop loads so fast I have yet to see anther laptop load like this. I have the W520 with I7 and Quaddro video thats whats I was waiting for a economical hiend SSD

Upgraded the hard drive disk to this Samsung Evo can’t believe that my computer is running the way it’s running, it gave it another life, internets going super fast, programs are opening really quickly, when recording in ProTools everything is running smoothly I can’t complain one bit recommend recommend before installing to format the disk externally do not do it internally because I did have some issues once I did that process it was good to go

Its a solid reliable ssd, it costs a bit more than others but it is worth it. I use it for all my steam games, they load just fine (much faster than a mechanical drive, slower than nvme). Its always a good purchase. I have so many of these drives now.

Upgraded my 5 year old Acer Aspire ATC-605 desktop with this SSD...... wow! It boots up twice as fast as it did with the original clunky hard drive. Used the available data migration software from Samsungs website and it cloned my hard drive flawlessly in about an hour. Well worth the investment. I feel like I have a new PC!
